Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

Very helpful team especially those at the  Hotel entrance and housekeeping !  Enjoyed the stay and was an excellent location.  Biggest issue is that most Uber drivers and food orders placed were being delivered to the Hotels rear entrance used by staff etc not the main entrance. This was frustrating so not sure why the Hotels google location has not been updated.

Very good breakfast, wide variety of selections. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is conveniently connected with subway. The hotel is just next to the subway station.

More than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night. The overpriced Minibar Scam I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel. All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value. Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good service in all. The location of the hotel is very accessible with the work I was traveling for. Suite is very spacious and nice.

The room is nice, service good, staff friendly. But the food is no way up to tue quality expected for this establishment. The buffet is positively booting. At £50 per person per dinner I was quite disappointed, as was my family. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to wrote home about. I was expecting more for this cost.

Ik heb hier twee nachten gebleven. Eén aan het begin van een Indiase avontuur van twee weken en één aan het einde. Absoluut mooie kamer bij beide gelegenheden, onstuimig schoon en met een grote selectie van complimentair thee, koffie, water. Kies van snacks in een minibar die ook echt goedkoop waren. Grote bed, zeer comfortabel, geweldige lucht op. Het personeel en de dienst die ze aanboden waren uitstekend - ik weet zeker dat ze niet veel verdienen en ze werken zo hard - dus het is leuk om generos te kunnen tipen! Restaurant is lief met een geweldig ontbijtbuffet - of ze pakken u een ontbijt op om te gaan zak als u het vraagt op de receptie. Het hotel biedt ook een bestuurder en een auto voor de luchthaven runs (een bargain op 1100 rupies - dus laat een generös tip!). Ook een grote kleine koffiewinkel/cake-sectie die geweldig was om te zitten en mensen kijken op een avond - weer, soooo goedkoop maar mooi. Dank u Pride Plaza!!!
