"5/5 Stars: A Stellar Experience at Hotel Urban Lion Near Delhi Airport I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Urban Lion, strategically located near Delhi Airport, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I knew that I was in for a treat. In this review, I'll delve into the details of my stay, highlighting the hotel's strengths and what makes it an ideal choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport. Location: 5/5 The Hotel Urban Lion's proximity to Delhi Airport is one of its most significant advantages. The hotel is situated just a short drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers with early morning flights or those who want to avoid the hassle of navigating through the city's traffic. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and the air conditioning was efficient and quiet. The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a business center, which were all well-maintained and functional. Dank u Pride Plaza!!!"

"Very good breakfast, wide variety of selections. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is conveniently connected with subway. The hotel is just next to the subway station."

"Well maintained and very good service.i booked this for my partner and he was very happy with services.thank you so much to all staff☺️"

"I’ve stayed few time cuz staff is super helpful. They’d love Japanese. If you’ll be hungry you can go out find street food. But room doesn’t have teeth brush and shampoo and conditioner."

"The only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing."

"I think this hotel was an overall excellent place to stay during my trip to India. The breakfast was very delicious and of high quality. However, I did find it a bit concerning that the hotel was located quite far from downtown and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe."

"Very helpful team especially those at the  Hotel entrance and housekeeping !  Enjoyed the stay and was an excellent location.  Biggest issue is that most Uber drivers and food orders placed were being delivered to the Hotels rear entrance used by staff etc not the main entrance. This was frustrating so not sure why the Hotels google location has not been updated."

"Best price from this site. Front desk person were very helpful specially Ankita. Reached 12pm but as per hotel policies check in time was 2pm but front desk staff understood the situation and tried to give me room as soon as possible. Because of family of 4 I had to book 2 rooms and they gave me connecting rooms which was very convenient for us with children. Rooms were big enough for 2 to 3 person. Aircon was good and silent. No noise around the hotel and we had a good sleep through out the stay. Though they claim 5 star but finishing of rooms were not upto that standards. Still dust on desk and finishing of rooms were not up to standards. Daily cleaning was perfect. Lot of security on the entrance. Place is very secure. Easy to get uber taxi to and from the location. Other side of the hotel have Domino's and across the street KFC, MC Donald and other restaurant. Shopping is around 10 mins with E rickshaws. Will definitely recommend this hotel."
