Hoewel het ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde is, is elk ontbijt heerlijk, vooral de desserts! Het regende op de terugweg, dus ik kon de metro nemen zonder de deur uit te gaan. Beneden in het hotel is een winkelcentrum, wat erg handig is om te eten en te winkelen. De obers in het hotelrestaurant (ontbijt) zijn beleefder dan die bij de receptie, en de service is beter. De kamer is over het algemeen schoon, maar ik snap niet waarom hij een beetje jeukt als je op de stoffen ”bank” zit! Als je lotion, gezichtsreiniger, enz. nodig hebt, kun je die halen bij het buffet tussen het (ontbijt)restaurant en de receptie. Al met al 90 van de 100 punten!

The housekeeping service is not professional, they placed our pyjamas and personal items originally in bed next to our suitcase wheels (and other not clean area) while they changed bed sheets for us. Then we asked for laundry service of those items, the next day they returned the items to us, and half of them were still wet. We were quite frustrated by this . Also the locker room arrangement system was not updated effectively: My room number was updated for upgrade and obviously my assigned ski locker was not tied to the updated room #, then one night, i found my ski locker was emptied out! (because they thought i had checked out, based on the old incorrect room number). Luckily their staffs kept my stuffs and i found them back... Other than that, we are satisfied with the facility/ reception staff service/ location. We are especially satisfied w the staff - Harry for his servicem

SUCH AN AMAZING HOTEL!! Coming from an airbnb in tokyo to here is an absolute 180 degrees change. We just book the standard twin room but it is quite spacious and very clean!! And the toilet is very spacious using the bathtub is alsoo veryy nice!! The staff is very very nice and when they notice from my passport that it is my birthday they kindly offer to decorate my room. Above all the hotel is just RIGHT BESIDE the station so it is very convenient. PLUS POINT that the hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS in the winter per my pic below. All in all WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again!

I stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful. It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Really new hotel, convenient as it is underground accessible. Would stay there again but do note that the underground is only open at 6am, taking earlier train to airport and you’ll have to walk ok ground level with your luggages to Sapporo Station which could be quite an hassle with the icy slippery floor. Told front desk that there’s old lady with us but they wouldn’t accommodate too. Most probably with security reasons.

Location: Within the airport international terminal. Short indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphere: Calm, quiet and friendly. Warm welcome. Full of artistic features. Rooms: Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Amenities: Library. Tea House and Onsen Breakfast: Lovely breakfast spread. Delicious ramen. We would love to be back.

Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan). The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!

Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back.

Hotel's location is very convenient as it is connected to the Underground walkway. Although walking around the downtown on a snowy pavement is awesome too,using the Chika-ho is convenient when you are walking with a 23kg luggage. Hotel is near Odōri and Susukino so Sapporo City's famous locations are very accessible. Breakfast is so yum and even serves ice cream. Room has a drip pod coffee maker and that is amazing -- coffee at the warmth of your room. We'd like to book the same hotel with more family members next time❤️

Possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. Everything was perfect and attention to detail was paid by the staff everytime. Just remember to contact the hotel in advance if you require transfer from JR Toya to the hotel. There were plenty of games to play at the hotel and the view of the lake was amazing. The lounge area has a bar for those who are into alcohol. The room was spacious and super comfortable with high quality amenities provided. The private bath was also superb. There’s a coffee grinder and drip coffee maker which was an interesting experience. Breakfast and dinner were also very delicious with top notch ingredients. Highly recommended!
