The hotel staff are truly an asset to this place. Throughout our stay, every member of the team we interacted with was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food at MCShane was excellent, and the serving staff there was fantastic as well. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 3-minute drive from town.
My wife and daughter enjoyed the swimming pool and were very pleased with both its cleanliness and size.
If I had to be very critical, the TV in the room could use an upgrade, but it didn't impact our overall experience.

The facilities at the hotel were excelente ,though I would have liked to have acesso to a gym.
The Food in the bar was of a high standard and reasonably price.W e had dinner on two evenings in the restaurant both excelente meals and good service besidesI
We would certainly return in the future as we had a relaxing and enjoyable time there

A very cool lodge right in the middle of the most gorgeous scenery-lots to do! Hiking, fishing, there's an outdoor education center, or just walking, everywhere is lovely and there is a fabulous restaurant on site.

The building is beautiful, nice that it has a couple of choices for dinner and bar. The restaurant has amazing views for dinner and breakfast. Reception pretty with fireplace, but could do with a bit updating. Spa is very nicely done, beautify pool and nice facilities. Gym could do with a few more options and weights. Nice scent in Hallways. Room was nice and cozy, but had no minifridge and bathroom is very outdated. Double bed was also quite small.

Soggiorno molto piacevole! Il personale è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre cortese. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il ristorante è buono, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di cucina irlandese... sto scherzando! 😄
Anche gli esterni dell’hotel sono molto curati, perfetti per una passeggiata tranquilla. La colazione è davvero buona, con un’ottima varietà e prodotti freschi.
Unico piccolo difetto: nei bagni mancano gli appendini per gli asciugamani, dettaglio che sarebbe comodo avere.
Nel complesso, ottima esperienza. Consigliato!

GGuest UserThis hotel was an unexpected gain for us. The location is a bit far, but the activities are very rich and the children can play for several days. It's a pity that we didn't play enough!

谌谌Drilling service, cordial reception. Rich activities and ancient history are deposited in every corner of the castle...all of which make people feel more comfortable and relaxed. Going to Ashford Castle Hotel is not to enjoy its luxury (it is not luxurious) but to enjoy time travel, experience the architectural art, decorative art, art of life, extreme service, and the beautiful surroundings of Ireland 800 years ago. natural scenery.

DDaniela Di RoccoThe staff was very friendly, available and always friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day around. The restaurant is good, especially given that it's Irish kitchen ... I'm joking! 😄
The hotel's outdoors are also very well-treated, perfect for a quiet walk. Breakfast is really good, with a great variety of fresh products.
A small defect: in the bathrooms there are no towel appendages, which would be comfortable to have.
Overall, excellent experience. Recommended!
