Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back

Amazing old convent turned hotel. Beautiful architecture and interesting decor. Great boutique with handicrafts and porcelain. The hotel accepts pets - still rather unusual in Portugal. Unfortunately, a bit understaffed which affects level of service. Anyway good option to explore Évora.

Het hotel was geweldig en was de meest aangename herinnering van de hele reis. De inrichting is eenvoudig en stijlvol, de faciliteiten zijn goed en de kamer is ruim en comfortabel. De bediening was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt en het diner zijn superlekker en overheerlijk, overtreffen de viersterrennormen en zijn niet duur, met een zeer hoge kosteneffectiviteit. Hotel ligt net buiten de oude stadsmuren zodat de oude stad met gemak per voet te verkennen is. Er is een ondergronds garage waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. faciliteiten zijn goed en het ontbijt is redelijk, maar enigszins beperkt door weinig personeel. Het belangrijkste pluspunt vonden wij is het personeel - een team van aardige en zeer behulpzame jonge mensen. Op wat wij ook vroegen werd meteen en positief gereageerd. Al met al een uitstekende startpunt om Evora en de omgeving te verkennen.

De eigendom en de dienst zijn geweldig

Fizeram upgrade do quarto (para um com vista barragem do Alqueva, é de cortar a respiração a vista, o amanhecer e pôr-do-sol). Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado, sendo possível pedir outros tipos de ovos e cafés além do exposto. Possibilidade de usufruir da piscina após o checkout.

Todo o staff muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Excelente pequeno almoço. Bem localizado. Os quartos podiam ser mais insonorizados.

Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.
