Het hotel is prima en het personeel is behulpzaam. De kamers zijn schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige kleine minpuntje is het stopcontact bij de balie.

I booked a room for my mother. Thank you for allowing her to check in a bit earlier – it was very helpful and much appreciated, as she didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Overall, everything was good. However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room

Ik heb een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel in Polen! Het personeel was warm, gastvrij en altijd bereid om met een glimlach te helpen. De kamers waren ruim, schoon en prachtig ingericht, met comfortabele bedden en moderne voorzieningen. Ik heb vooral genoten van het heerlijke ontbijtbuffet elke ochtend – een ruime keuze aan verse en lokale producten. De locatie was perfect om de stad te verkennen, dicht bij het openbaar vervoer en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel had ook een ontspannende spa, wat een heerlijke bonus was na lange dagen sightseeing. Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden en kijk ernaar uit om snel terug te komen!

Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet.

One of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk. Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel.

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

Geweldig van de eerste begroeting tot het afscheid! Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en deed er alles aan om ons welkom te heten en hielp ons waar ze konden. Ze spraken perfect Engels; Britten zijn in mijn ervaring niet zo goed in andere talen. Niets om trots op te zijn 😌 De kamer was fantastisch. Het is een gloednieuw hotel, dus alles was nog brandschoon. Waarschijnlijk de meest stijlvolle plek waar ik ooit heb verbleven. Rustig - ik denk dat het goed geluiddicht was; we hoorden niemand anders - het leek alsof we de hele verdieping voor onszelf hadden. De receptie en de bar/café-achtige ruimte waren gastvrij en serveerden snacks en heerlijke koffie. We hebben niet in het restaurant gegeten, maar de ruimte op de -1 verdieping zag er erg goed uit. Zeer goede toiletartikelen. Luxe handdoeken en beddengoed. Nespresso koffiezetapparaat Koelkast Waterfilter/waterkoker. Echt niets op aan te merken. Ik zou zeker nog eens in een Tribe hotel verblijven en hoop dat het van dezelfde kwaliteit is.

Polecam miejscówkę. Choć nie polecam opcji ze śniadaniem. Myślałam, że jest miejsce, gdzie serwuje się śniadanie, a okazało się, że podają je pod drzwi. I śniadanie było słabe

Uitstekend, bleef een nacht langer dan gepland. De rundvleestartaar en de eendenborst waren erg goed. Topservice van al het personeel. Het huishoudpersoneel was ook uitstekend. Persoonlijk geen fan van de liften waarvoor je keycard nodig is om te werken. Maar uiteraard zijn de meeste hotels nu hierop overgestapt. Misschien is het om u aan te moedigen vaker de trap te gebruiken? Als in de badkamer het licht is ingeschakeld, moet het spiegellicht, dat door de bewegingssensor wordt geactiveerd, ook altijd aan blijven. Een beetje vreemd dat je tijdens het douchen moet zwaaien om het spiegellicht weer aan te doen.
