If you need to eat in the restaurant of this hotel be prepared for expensive and not good quality food . It was really disappointing. I arrived with 3 luggage, no one to help . If you are traveling with luggage think twice before stay in this hotel .

Het hotel is nieuw, maar mijn collega en ik werden bij onze online boeking op verschillende verdiepingen naast de lift geplaatst. We hoorden een rommelend geluid telkens wanneer de lift aansloeg. Om 00:00 uur ging er een scherp alarm af dat meer dan tien seconden duurde, en daarna nog een keer om 01:00 uur. Het was zo beangstigend dat ik er niet goed van kon slapen. Ik meldde het de volgende dag bij de receptie en ze zeiden dat ze het aan het onderzoeken waren, maar ze gaven me geen uitleg.

Ik kom uit Thailand. Dit hotel is handig en comfortabel, op slechts 10 minuten rijden van de luchthaven. Er is een restaurant aanwezig. Het personeel spreekt goed Engels en geeft uitstekend advies. Dit is ook een geweldig hotel voor wie een tussenstop maakt. Belangrijk is dat het hotel een gratis pendeldienst van en naar de luchthaven biedt. Waarschuwing: Als je van de luchthaven naar het hotel reist, wees dan op je hoede voor oplichters in de vorm van taxichauffeurs die beweren de meter te gebruiken. Ik ben voor 900 Braziliaanse rials opgelicht. Ik geef dit hotel 5 sterren. Het was een erg fijne plek om naartoe te gaan. Ik ging er alleen heen. Er zijn veel faciliteiten en ze hebben ook een eigen vervoersdienst tussen de luchthaven en het hotel. Er is een restaurant onder het hotel. Als je water, drankjes of snacks wilt kopen, kun je dat daar kopen. Het personeel is erg aardig. Ze spreken goed Engels en we konden ze altijd om hulp vragen. 5 sterren voor deze plek🙏🥰

實話説，除了攜程的服務很不錯之外，但看酒店視角真的很差，要不是離會展中心近是絕對不會訂這裏的，可以説是一無是處哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，房間很舊，床單睡了身上癢，房間裏要水沒水，要抽紙沒抽紙，沒拖鞋，兩張單人小床彷彿回到了大學宿舍，床墊也不舒服，洗手間水很小，熱水要放半天，我的天真的太差了，衹有早餐還不錯，種類很多，另外個別前台服務還不錯，能存一個星期行李也不錯。

1. 位置: 距離GRU是大約一個小時車程（全程不堵車），打的是大約200里亞爾=270人民幣（目前匯率1.35）。從周邊高樓來看，應該是聖保羅市中心了，但是離GRUA是真的遠。 2. 費用: 1500-1800一晚，這價格，上海北京也能住五星了吧? 費用相當高。 3. 房間: 居中吧，偏舊一點，馬桶按鈕，不回彈，得把整個蓋子抬起來促使主動回位。是紅色桌子，感覺偏舊。房間不大，一個床，一個沙發，一個掛壁電視，一張桌子，一個衞生間，留出來的步行區域就不多了，沒有大塊空白區。 4. 至少巴西酒店內，沒有免費瓶裝水。 5. 從外面打酒店電話，極難打通。 6. 早餐: 這個不錯，沒有適合中國口味的菜，但以本地菜而言，品種豐富，味道不錯，水果也不錯。 7. 大堂有樂隊和鋼琴表演，不錯。 8. 附近有麥當勞和本地快餐廳，沒敢去找有沒有中餐館，吃飯挺方便。不遠處有個加油站裏的便利店，買東西也還行。 9. 總體來説，跟國內比的話，沒得比，不要抱太高期待。而跟巴西本地比的話，跟機場旁邊700一晚的comfirt機場舒適酒店比，也沒有到達2倍的差異。性價比不是很高。 10. 巴西的消費是真的貴，不論是聖保羅市，還是聖保羅州北部，還是里約。

I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room. During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well. The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there. In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden! The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

Great hotel were to stay! Breakfast was very various from sweet to savoury. Very easy check in as it was a late one.

Muito bom o hotel e muito bem localizado. Fomos muito bem atendidos e com café da manhã maravilhoso.
