I had a pleasant overnight stay at Grand Vijayawada by GRT Hotels in Labbipet. The location is very convenient and close to the main areas of Vijayawada, which made travel easy. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive.
The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. It would be even better if the hotel could showcase some local cultural artworks or handicrafts to give guests a stronger feel of the region. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay

Towels in room are very old. Walkway carpets dirty..could do with a refresher

GGuest UserHi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money
GGuest UserHaving booked Deluxe Room expected a more spacious and ventilated Room but it's not up to the mark. Restaurant service is very poor. The Restaurant timings are too late and happy. At least coffee and tea should be available in the morning from 6 am onwards. Reception is fine but Room service is slow. They need to improve in their hospitality service and approach. Maintainence of Rooms and bathrooms should be improved . Overall they need to improve. So my feel is average.
GGuest UserI stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night as I was visiting the Tirupati Balaji Temple. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short distance from the temple, which made my visit very convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The serene ambience and excellent service made my stay truly memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.
GGuest UserRamcharan hotel is good in terms of room space. It is near to Tirumala entrance car check point compared to other hotels which are in the city. The air quality level is good. Breakfast is fresh and tasty 😋. I recommend using it. In a room you will get 2 queen size beds which are good for four people. Parking is there, you will get space, however it is limited. Overall good experience 😃

Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket
Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful.

GGuest UserWe had a great time at Ekante Bliss. Outstanding facilities, clean and spotless rooms with prompt service. We reached early and they accommodated us which was very helpful. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience was good and the staff did provide the best service. I would always return to this hotel when visiting Tirupati!!!
