الفندق جيد جدا الغرفة تم حجز غرفة بالشرفة المكان بعيد عن الميدان والأسواق ولكن المطعم المقابل على البحر كان ممتاز ولذيذ خدمة الفندق ممتازه وسريعه ولكن يوجد بعض الاشياء مكسوره بالغرفه مثل الستارة جهاز المكيف ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات كثيره وامنه السيارة التي تم استأجرها تم حكها من شخص اخر

Останавливались на 1 ночь по пути из Тбилиси в Каппадокию, брали 2 номера. Отель находится в спальном районе, высоко на горе. Без автомобиля добраться будет проблематично. Отель городского типа, территории как таковой нет. Парковка на улице перед отелем, места достаточно. Номера нормальные, свежий ремонт, правда в одном номере местами присутствовала плесень на стене в коридоре. Есть тапочки, халатов вроде бы не было. Большой балкон, большая кровать. Удобный матрас и подушки. Завтрак включен. Такая альтернатива классическому турецкому завтраку: на большой тарелке - подносе с разделением много всего, но по чуть-чуть: картошка фри, сосиска и кусочек обжаренной колбасы, отварное яйцо, нарезка помидор-огурец, зелень, перец, маслины, сыр, масло сливочное, мед, варенье. Свежайший хлеб, чай - без лимита. Мы хорошо отдохнули и с новыми силами поехали дальше. Спасибо First Joy Hotel.

The stay was wonderful,
Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic
We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean.
I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic!

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

RReham hamdanThe hotel is very good room, the room was booked in the balcony, the place away from the square and the markets, but the restaurant on the sea was excellent and delicious, the hotel service was excellent and fast, but there are some things broken in the room, like the curtain, the adapter, and there are no parking lots, and the car is safe. It was rented, it was rendered by someone else.

GGuest UserAvevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo.
Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno.
L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale.
La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.

ССтанислава АнохинаIt's a Hilton, supposedly, but everything felt off. At the reception, they told us the pool was open until 11 PM. In reality, at 10:15 PM, they didn't want to let us in because the pool closed at 10:40 PM. Why they didn't mention this at the front desk is beyond me. Also, you can't go in without a swim cap – which, of course, you can buy on site. The rooms are small. The view isn't of the sea, but of some kind of favelas. In the restaurant, the menu is via QR code, but no one tells you that you still have to order from a waiter.

GGuest UserOverall, a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a beautiful view and a quiet location. Even the rooms facing the forest are very pleasant and ensure restful nights. The extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention. The location takes some getting used to, as the hotel is situated on a hillside, about 10 minutes by taxi from the city center. Overall, however, it's a very good hotel that I would happily recommend.
