Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

The room's location is excellent, right next to the train station which is a large shopping complex itself, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is superb. It's the best choice for a business trip to Hiroshima!

I had a great stay at this hostel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect It felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Hiroshima Station's South Exit. The room was on the smaller side, which I expected. Downstairs, they offer breakfast from 7-10 AM, with a good selection of breads, small pastries, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. If you don't have super high expectations, it's pretty decent. There are also quite a few good izakayas nearby, but unfortunately, they allow smoking, so we couldn't go in with kids. However, there's a nice yakiniku place close by that was a good alternative.

The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is decent, making it easy to catch a taxi, and the 50 bus stops right outside. The facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are clean, and the soundproofing is good. The pool staff are warm and friendly, and the water quality is excellent! The front desk service was adequate, but as usual, they were quite serious with non-members. Breakfast was quite crowded, and the food quality was average.

The Knot Hiroshima is a very nice, modern, and stylish hotel. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and about a 15-minute streetcar ride from Hiroshima Station. The hotel was comfortable and well-maintained, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima. My only minor complaint is that there is no smart TV, and the television only offers Japanese channels, which can be limiting for international guests. Overall, a great hotel with a convenient location and modern atmosphere. I would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and a wide variety of dining options nearby. The hotel itself offers an abundant and professional breakfast service that truly stands out. What makes this hotel even more special is the thoughtful inclusion of a local Japanese facial cleansing brand in the amenities. The large public bathhouse is also a great highlight—perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel for sure punches above its weight! It has a complimentary shuttle to/from Onomichi JR station as well as to/from a local super onsen. This leveled my stay noticably. The breakfast was not free but was varied and tasty. The reception desk was friendly, courteous and knowledgable. There is a Lwson konbini next to the hotel open 24/7 as well. I couldn't have hoped for a better stay before tackling the Shimanami-Kaido cycle ride! I will stay here whenever I'm in town
