Als buitenlander die in Sanya verblijft, zou ik de Four Seasons ten zeerste aanbevelen. De kamers zijn groot en schoon, er gaat niets boven een badkuip op het balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op het centrum van Sanya. Het personeel was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en ze deden altijd hun uiterste best om me te helpen als het ging om weten waar ik heen moest, een taxi aanhouden of zelfs kaartjes voor evenementen regelen. Het ontbijt was zowel westers als oosters om iedereen tevreden te stellen, in buffetvorm, dus het was een goede koop. De locatie is centraal en op korte loopafstand van het strand van Dadonghai. Yalong Bay ligt op 15-20 minuten rijden met de taxi. Over het algemeen was dit een geweldige ervaring en ik zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

The owners were very helpful , picked me up from Airport although they were not obliged to do so. There were good, cheap price street food choices 500m from hotel . I stayed here twice during two week visit, and they also provide 6:00am airport shuttle free of charge .

Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie. Het ligt in de T1-passagiersterminal, zeer dicht bij de passagiersterminal en het hogesnelheidstreinstation. Ik heb er meerdere keren verbleven. Ik arriveerde laat in de nacht in Haikou en nam de volgende ochtend vroeg de hogesnelheidstrein naar het eiland Haihua. Het was erg handig om één nacht te blijven. Er is ook een shuttlebus, erg handig! Alleen de ventilator van de airconditioner maakt veel lawaai en wordt pas stil nadat deze is uitgeschakeld. Ik hoop dat dit zo snel mogelijk kan worden verbeterd!

Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, met een ruime keuze aan zowel Westerse als Chinese gerechten, en de ingrediënten zijn vers. Van check-in tot check-out was het personeel zeer attent en reageerde snel op verzoeken. De kamer was erg schoon, zowel het beddengoed als de badkamer. De kamers en openbare ruimtes waren allemaal netjes, wat een aangenaam gevoel gaf. Er zijn ook veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel.

Het hotel ligt aan zee met een prachtig uitzicht. De kamers zijn verrassend ruim en licht. De faciliteiten zijn over het algemeen zeer goed onderhouden en het voelt niet aan als een hotel dat al tien jaar open is. Het ontbijt biedt een ruime keuze, waardoor zelfs de kinderen die normaal niet graag eten, tevreden zijn. De conciërge, Xiao Zhang, is erg enthousiast en communiceert attent en tijdig met ons over onze wensen. Dit verblijf was een geweldige ervaring en heeft mijn verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen.

Very friendly staffs !!! Located right in the middle of Qilou Old Street. Room is spacious and comfortable. Down point - You will need to walk in as cars are unable to reach ( can be tough if you have alot of luggages). No Elevators but staffs will help you carry your luggages to your room (I was staying on the 4th floor so some ******* riders arent willing to deliver it to the doorstep). The front doors closes at 12am but they provide you with the pin to enter, so if you oder ******* after 12am you will need to go down and collect your food.

This was my first time staying in a Qilou-style hotel, and you can walk directly from the P4 parking lot right into the hotel entrance. Stepping out, you're immediately in the Qilou pedestrian street, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The soundproofing is excellent; even though the hotel windows face the old Qilou street, once you're inside, you hear absolutely none of the street noise. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free, which was a nice touch! Overall, my stay was surprisingly pleasant. The smart room controls were very responsive and smoother to use than any hotel I've stayed in before. Watching shows on the giant screen at night was fantastic, almost like having a small private cinema. The room also came with a hot and cold filtered water dispenser, which was great, and even more surprising, free drinks and sparkling water! Thumbs up! 👍 The rooms have a wood-themed decor, offering a spacious and comfortable feel, and the lighting ambiance is well done. Smart home devices and smart toilets seem to be standard here. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Haikou!

very comfortable hotel with large rooms and bathroom. location is convenient but the road in from is pretty congested during peak hours. the mall behind the hotel looks deserted. walk to mixc mall took less than 10 mins but you'll need to cross two big roads. TV needs improvement as the control is not responsive. Separately booked hotel breakfast at the counter and it costs 98 RMB for two adults which is very affordable for the decent spread of standard hotel breakfasts. they also had special pillows on request. room also had a nespresso machine though capsules provided were not nespresso branded.

Omgeving: Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is geweldig! Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht op de zee ~ de openbare ruimtes van het hotel zijn erg mooi! Het hotel heeft een lift die direct naar het strand gaat🏖️Dat is echt heel handig~ En er zijn verschillende zwembaden, die vooral geschikt zijn voor kinderen om te spelen! Hygiëne: Het is erg schoon! Service: Nicky was super geduldig en erg attent toen hij mij vertelde hoe laat de zon onderging, etc. Zo attent en aardig!
