Good things; Overall it is a nice resort, nice breakfast. I love the environment, big room, big bathroom, cozy. I just come during the maintenance, so there was no gym. Opinion; Not suitable for solo traveller unless you are very brave. Something I heard during a night consistently but there is no people on the rooms after my room 😂. I just ignore. Some for improvement; 1) Shower is clogging, need to replace. 2) No lock at the behind door, it is related to safety. I put some indicator and when I return back the item is moved. But not sure human or non-human caused 😂. Also I never saw any security persons do rounding. Overall it is a nice resort.

Toen ik naar het café ging, was het nog niet open, hun personeel gaat open na het vasten, ik ben opgewonden om het opnieuw te proberen als ik kom? en dan naar de kamer gaan om een ​​groot zwembad en roze roze blauw te zien, net als barbiee lurveee . Parking kereta dalam kawasan dia. Jagaan sendiri tapi ada CCTV. Kolam renang dia kecil jadi kena cari masa sesuai nak mandi kalau tak nak bertembung dengan kanak2 / keluarga lain. Bilik besar jadi selesa untuk solat. Seterika tak okay sebab w/pun pasang paling slow tapi boleh hangus. Tuala berbau sedikit, bantal nipis. Aircond sejuk. Persekitaran selamat. Boleh jalan kaki lintas jalan untuk ke pantai. W/pun hari kerja book tapi full bilik. Tahniah & terima kasih.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Omgeving: De technische staat van de kamer, de fitnessruimte en het zwembad is prima, zeer stil en zeer geschikt om te liggen. Faciliteiten: De airconditioning in de kamer is iets te luidruchtig, zelfs op het laagste volume is het geluid nog steeds erg luid. De lamp in de kamer blijft knipperen. De kraan in de badkamer zit erg los en het duurt lang voordat hij opengaat. Service: De service bij de receptie was goed, maar ze namen niet het initiatief om de parcoursen die in het park te volgen waren, uit te leggen. We keken naar de andere groepen gasten die naar de introductie luisterden, maar wij hoorden het niet. Hygiëne: Er zaten spinnenwebben op de vensterbanken van de kamer en de badkamer en er zaten veel fruitvliegjes op de ontbijtbar. Over het algemeen is het prima, er zijn alleen een paar kleine minpuntjes. Ik hoop dat het hotel steeds beter wordt.

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beleefd, en staat altijd klaar om te helpen met eventuele vragen. Voor degenen die Terengganu bezoeken, zou ik zeker overwegen om Paya Bunga Hotel opnieuw te boeken. De centrale ligging, eenvoudige maar comfortabele voorzieningen en vriendelijke service maken het een solide keuze voor iedereen die door de omgeving reist.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast was also delicious with many options. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in will be sharp 3:00pm…extremely very limited parking ya..but the hotel is walking by KTCC etc. after come back from dinner..have to park around 300-500 meter outside the hotel. They only have 2 lift only ya..😅It is an old hotel and their counter staff is not friendly except u speak their state language. But the price is cheap. If i know will add another night at RAIA. As i thought can early check in and change attire for program as speaker. What to do already booking one night.
