Good things; Overall it is a nice resort, nice breakfast. I love the environment, big room, big bathroom, cozy. I just come during the maintenance, so there was no gym. Opinion; Not suitable for solo traveller unless you are very brave. Something I heard during a night consistently but there is no people on the rooms after my room 😂. I just ignore. Some for improvement; 1) Shower is clogging, need to replace. 2) No lock at the behind door, it is related to safety. I put some indicator and when I return back the item is moved. But not sure human or non-human caused 😂. Also I never saw any security persons do rounding. Overall it is a nice resort.

Check in will be sharp 3:00pm…extremely very limited parking ya..but the hotel is walking by KTCC etc. after come back from dinner..have to park around 300-500 meter outside the hotel. They only have 2 lift only ya..😅It is an old hotel and their counter staff is not friendly except u speak their state language. But the price is cheap. If i know will add another night at RAIA. As i thought can early check in and change attire for program as speaker. What to do already booking one night.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast was also delicious with many options. I would definitely stay here again.

Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

Parking kereta dalam kawasan dia. Jagaan sendiri tapi ada CCTV. Kolam renang dia kecil jadi kena cari masa sesuai nak mandi kalau tak nak bertembung dengan kanak2 / keluarga lain. Bilik besar jadi selesa untuk solat. Seterika tak okay sebab w/pun pasang paling slow tapi boleh hangus. Tuala berbau sedikit, bantal nipis. Aircond sejuk. Persekitaran selamat. Boleh jalan kaki lintas jalan untuk ke pantai. W/pun hari kerja book tapi full bilik. Tahniah & terima kasih.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room is in a strategic location, close to the city with a sea view. The staff were helpful, but the mattress was quite old and you could feel the sagging springs. The bathroom was also not very clean, possibly due to its age, with a damaged door. The overall quality and maintenance need improvement.

Value for money. Room quite old the toilet floor is not level properly, when you take shower the whole bathroom flooded. When we ask the manager, he said he knew about it but nothing been done.breakfast was quite good for the price we paid. Not going to stay there anymore
