Beautiful and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The tvs in the room are a bit small and the wifi needs a little boost. The food is delicious whether ordering room service or eating in the dinning area. Have stayed at this hotel several times and plan to use again in the future.

The service was very very good but the room felt quite dusty and all the towels generally got stains. Location wise is super good, quite central, near airport and near good foods.

In het begin was er van alles een tekort, totdat mijn vrouw wilde reclameren, werd het tij gekeerd
Alle tekortkomingen werden aangevuld
Als het ontbijt reeds koud is, werd het gauw weer aangevuld
Alleen de fitness ruimte laat te wensen over, maar zelden dat er iemand sport
Het eten is lekker en goedkoop, service is goed bij calamiteiten
Al met al een goed verblijf!

Amazing
CCeline BoGreat hotel, the architecture is beautiful, the room was comfortable and we had access to free bicycles to discover Pangkalan Bun.
There's a swimming pool as well. We appreciated that it is relatively close to the coach station.
There were stations to refill drinking water in the corridors, which is much better than using small plastic bottles in my opinion, especially for the environment

Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

KkingLNThe hotel facilities are good, the exterior wall is Dutch style, and the air is fresh. The only problem is that the hotel's WIFI signal is a bit poor, and it was intermittent throughout the night. The hotel is not too far from the airport.
