Je vindt recreatieve voorzieningen zoals een binnenzwembad, een bubbelbad en een sauna vast leuk. Enkele voorzieningen van dit hotel zijn gratis wifi, conciërgeservices en een automaat.
Profiteer in dit hotel van de roomservice (beperkte tijden). Sluit je dag af met een drankje in een bar/lounge. Op werkdagen wordt er tegen betaling een continentaal ontbijt geserveerd van 07.00 uur tot 10.30 uur en in het weekend is dit beschikbaar van 07.30 uur tot 11.00 uur.

De privébadkamers met een douche hebben gratis toiletartikelen en haardrogers. Bij de voorzieningen horen een (laptop)kluis en een bureau en de kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt.
"Er was een grote bouwput in de achtertuin van het hotel, die niet in de hotelbeschrijving stond. Helaas kon je de bouwwerkzaamheden horen.
De kamers waren ook wat gehorig. In de badkamer was de douchetegel in het midden gebarsten en gebroken, waardoor er een half gat in zat, wat een risico op verwondingen opleverde. Ook de badkamerdeur kon niet dicht, omdat je hem anders niet open kreeg.
De wellnessruimte was mooi ontworpen, maar op de eerste avond lagen er veel witte stukken (geen idee wat het was) op de vloer van het zwembad. De whirlpoolfunctie roerde al het water op en uiteindelijk spoelde het weg. Blijkbaar gebruiken veel mensen de sauna zonder handdoeken, waardoor het hout wat meer ”gerimpeld” is. Maar het is wel netjes gedaan.
Bij het ontbijt, als het erg druk is, kan mijn man het opruimen vaak niet bijhouden. Dan moet je heel lang wachten op nieuwe sappen, croissants, toast, fruit en roerei. Je kunt echter ook zelf authentieke Belgische wafels maken. Het vloeibare beslag staat naast de machine, dus je kunt het er gewoon in gieten, de machine sluiten en omdraaien.
Verder is het personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam, en de zaak is ook erg schoon."

AidingbaoliulanghanService: I'm about to give the worst service review. On my first stay, your hotel's front desk had a Caucasian female employee who initially gave me half of a family suite. Only after I emphasized the room type I booked did she change it for me. The hotel wasn't so fully booked that she couldn't have assigned me the room I pre-booked. Why would you try to pass off a partitioned room as a full one, treating customers like fools? I was extremely angry about this. And it wasn't just the room assignment; the room card she gave me was just a plain power card. Couldn't she provide a proper, decent room card? It's hard for me not to suspect some malicious intent. I hope you can give me a satisfactory explanation.
Otherwise, my overall review of this hotel is very positive. The accommodation environment is good, the room facilities are sufficient, the location is great, and transportation is convenient. The room design is also beautiful, and I took many photos. I highly recommend staying here. If I come to Brussels again, I would indeed choose Cardo again. However, the subtle malice from your front desk and the unpleasant check-in experience disappointed me so much that it nearly ruined my entire stay, even though everything else was perfect.

KitMeeEasy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent.
Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop.
Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils.
AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony.
No house keeping for short stays.
Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any.

KoongpanidThe hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, inside a shopping complex, making it very easy to get around. There is also a designated Uber pick-up and drop-off point, which is very convenient.
The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. As a pleasant surprise, I met a Thai staff member working at the reception desk, which made me feel very welcome.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight was the bathroom amenities from Rituals, which were of excellent quality and added a luxurious touch to the stay.
The breakfast, however, could be improved. The selection was somewhat limited, and the dining area felt a bit too small, especially during busy hours.
Overall, I had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, service, and comfortab

Asd1stThe carpets in the room were dirty, they weren't cleaned or maintained. A dead fly was there when we checked in and was still there after 3 days. Apparently, room cleaning only involves making the bed and changing towels, which is something, at least. Bathroom: The toilet seat was dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was leaking. It was very inconvenient that the soap and shampoo came in bottles with screw caps. Also, there was only one bar of soap for one person, but there were three of us, which isn't very hygienic to share. The folding bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable; the room was big enough to dance in, not to sleep in. The soundproofing was also poor, and we could constantly hear the neighbors. The only positive thing I can highlight is the breakfast, but even that was repetitive.

Very clean and well equipped, the breakfast is also very good. There is also small shops inside the hotel where you can buy the local brand chocolate and wines from China, even on Sunday where the shops in the street are closed, it is very good option for people who need to buy gift when only staying short period, especially in the weekend.

But the space is huge, invincible, and the suitcase is spread out casually.

Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
