Het hotel was geweldig en was de meest aangename herinnering van de hele reis.
De inrichting is eenvoudig en stijlvol, de faciliteiten zijn goed en de kamer is ruim en comfortabel.
De bediening was erg vriendelijk.
Het ontbijt en het diner zijn superlekker en overheerlijk, overtreffen de viersterrennormen en zijn niet duur, met een zeer hoge kosteneffectiviteit.

Amazing old convent turned hotel. Beautiful architecture and interesting decor. Great boutique with handicrafts and porcelain. The hotel accepts pets - still rather unusual in Portugal.
Unfortunately, a bit understaffed which affects level of service. Anyway good option to explore Évora.

O estacionamento não tinha nenhuma referência na marcação e só na chegada é que informaram que era por ordem de chegada. No WC instalaram uma prateleira de vidro sobre o lavatório ( de dimensões reduzidas) o que torna muito dificil alguns atos de higiene, nomeadamente lavar o rosto. O serviço de pequeno almoço era bom e com boa oferta mas tinha alguns tipos de produtos já com alguns dias, nomeadamente o pão de mistura com sementes.

Hotel ligt net buiten de oude stadsmuren zodat de oude stad met gemak per voet te verkennen is. Er is een ondergronds garage waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. faciliteiten zijn goed en het ontbijt is redelijk, maar enigszins beperkt door weinig personeel.
Het belangrijkste pluspunt vonden wij is het personeel - een team van aardige en zeer behulpzame jonge mensen. Op wat wij ook vroegen werd meteen en positief gereageerd.
Al met al een uitstekende startpunt om Evora en de omgeving te verkennen.

Fizeram upgrade do quarto (para um com vista barragem do Alqueva, é de cortar a respiração a vista, o amanhecer e pôr-do-sol). Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado, sendo possível pedir outros tipos de ovos e cafés além do exposto. Possibilidade de usufruir da piscina após o checkout.

Gloednieuw hotel, gelegen vlak bij de ingang van de oude stad via de Aviz-poort. Alles is op loopafstand. Op dezelfde Rua de Aviz is een goed restaurant dat niet heel indrukwekkend is, maar wel uitstekende familiegerechten serveert. Het hotel is goed geluiddicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader. Ontbijt inbegrepen in de kwaliteitsprijs. Het zwembad is in het seizoen geopend. Zeer gastvrij personeel. Gratis parkeren voor de ingang.

Met een verblijf bij Horta da Coutada in Reguengos de Monsaraz, bevind je je naast het plaatselijke meer, op slechts 4 min. lopen van Cromeleque do Xerez en op 12 min. lopen van Romeinse Brug van Ribeira de Pêga. Dit landhuis ligt op 1,4 km van Alqueva Meer Observatorium en op 1,8 km van Museum voor Religieuze Kunst.
Plezier gegarandeerd dankzij een buitenzwembad of geniet van het uitzicht vanuit een terras en een tuin. Dit landhuis bevat ook gratis wifi, een gemeenschappelijke woonkamer en een picknickplaats.
Haal iets lekkers bij de snackbar/deli of blijf gewoon op je kamer en profiteer van de roomservice (beperkte tijden) van dit landhuis. Ontspan met je favoriete drankje in een bar/lounge of een strandbar. Dagelijks kun je van 08.30 uur tot 10.30 uur genieten van een gratis ontbijtbuffet.
De receptie is tijdens beperkte uren geopend. Ter plaatse heb je gratis parkeerplaatsen.
Doe of je thuis bent in één van de 16 kamers met een minibar en een lcd-televisie. Dankzij gratis wifi blijf je online, terwijl de tv met satellietzenders zorgt voor het kijkplezier. De privébadkamers zijn uitgerust met gratis toiletartikelen en haardrogers. Bij de voorzieningen horen verduisterende gordijnen en de kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt.

AArchDragonI love the wooden floorings of the hotels and the rooms as it gives off a cozy vibe. The room is very clean. The toilet and shower is also up to expectations.
However, there are a few drawbacks. The room doesn’t come with a fridge or a hot water flask, so we had to get hot water directly from the tap, which wasn’t very convenient. Nonetheless, there is a water dispenser with cold water available near the lift landing area, which was helpful for quick refills.
The Wi-Fi was also on the weaker side, I struggled to play my games in the evenings, and the connection dropped quite often.
One thing I found a bit unsettling was the horse portraits hanging in the corridors. A few times, they startled me when I looked up from my phone – they have a slightly creepy vibe, especially at night. Also, the corridor leading to my room got noticeably darker the deeper I went in, which made me feel a bit anxious coming and going.
That said, I really appreciated the reception team. They were helpful and friendly, and provided great information about the express buses in and out of town, which made our day trips much smoother.
All in all, Moov is a clean and comfortable place to stay with some quirky elements. If you're not too dependent on strong Wi-Fi or extra in-room amenities, it’s still a decent option.

I don't like living in the heart of the city, and this hotel is right by the old city walls, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, but I can still walk right into the crowds. If you drive, there's free parking, and you won't have to worry about traffic in the old city! Absolutely perfect!

TTiagoHad a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread!
Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover.
All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

AafonsocláudiaWe were a little disappointed for a 4-star hotel, air conditioning was noisy, TV channels had almost all rain, bad image. On the day we had water out under the toilet, and out of the bathroom glass swallowing the floor. It was quickly resolved, but it shouldn't be, because it's things that do not happen with more maintenance. The glass board of the bathroom was almost falling. I had something ridiculous that was having the mini-fridge inside the toilet!! why? There was room in the room, the bed was comfortable and coatted, the breakfast was sinful without regional products, no cheese, no local fillers, etc. Orange juice was packed and had no alternative to milk. It certainly perceives some adjustments.

GGuest UserThe first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

TTorishyaIt took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though.
