Zeer gastvrij en warm hotel, schone, mooie kamers en aangenaam, of je nu met je gezin, een stel of zelfs alleen bent!
Het personeel staat altijd klaar om al je verzoeken of klachten te beantwoorden!
Advies over het vinden van een slaapplek, taxi's en zelfs een dokter indien nodig (niemand heeft dat meegemaakt; mijn zus is er gevallen. Ze waren een enorme hulp. Ze belden de dokter, ambulances en vroegen altijd om nieuws).
De bediening is ontzettend aardig! Prijzen zijn een beetje duur (voor drankjes).
Het zwembad is schoon, het strand is hetzelfde en de kamers zijn schoon, niets om over te klagen; ze zijn meteen respectvol.
Topklasse, niets om over te klagen, heel erg bedankt voor jullie ontvangst!

Séjour très agréable, service lent au bar principale mais tout le reste s’est très bien passer. Les restaurants sont bon mais équivalent des prix de la France il vaut mieux se déplacer pour manger.

Incroyable. J’ai choisis le patio de mezraya grâce aux avis et j’en suis pas déçu. Le personnel au petit soin, le calme du patio et la beauté je vous en parle même pas. La chambre était tellement grande. Alors pour la nourriture, même pas besoin d’aller au restaurant. Le chef à des mains en or, et si on veut un plat en particulier qui n’est pas sur la carte, on peut le demander la veille au chef. Produits frais bien évidemment.
Ils m’ont même offert un petit mot avec des sucreries pour mon anniversaire. Rien a dire🙏🫶

Очень понравился отель. Хотя он очень большой и народу много, этим и понравился, никто не лезет со своим сервисом. Большая, ухоженная территория с красивой зеленью. До пляжа метров 100, но идти приятно по тенистой дорожке. Пляж хороший. Отличная еда - разнообразная, свежая, с фруктами, мороженым. Бассейн небольшой и не очень красивый, простой прямоугольник, если кто любит лежат у бассейна. Но приехать на Джербу и лежать у бассейна глупо

Hôtel en plein cœur du centre proche de l’aéroport, du souk restos .
Je conseille une nuit pour passage pas plus .

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff made me feel very welcome. The room was modern, spacious, and quiet, with a beautiful view from the balcony. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable. Highly recommended!

I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating.
Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water!
For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time.
Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!!
Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage

GGuest UserI am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

LLH1Was alright for one night stay. My flight was severely delayed, but I had no issues checking in at 3:30am in the morning. Central and close to the market/souk. Wasn't sure if the towels were used or clean as they were not folded but hanged up. There is a local supermarket directly across the road which is useful.

However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. I will recommend, except for a few small details that you can't accept if you're not super-requiring

The hotel has its own private beach, a large internal area, and a reasonable division of labor and design of various functional areas. The decoration has both local Carthaginian characteristics and is luxurious and elegant. The breakfast restaurant has an unbeatable sea view, excellent quality, large room area, and very high comfort.
