Globalement satisfaisant pour le rapport qualité prix
Des pointes restent cependant à améliorer comme la qualité de certaines infrastructures (j'ai hérité d'un vieux frigo un peu rouillé par exemple). Mais honnêtement, pour le prix, les repas, les piscines, les animations, les goûters, la disponibilité du personnel, on ne devrait pas se plaindre outre mesure. ce fut globalement un bon séjour. Je recommanderai, sauf quelques petits détails dont on peu accommoder si l'on n'est pas super exigeant

Dit was de eerste keer Djerba bij ons en is ons heel goed bevallen , het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Toen we aan kwamen hadden we eerst een duplex kamer die al verouderd was, wij vroegen of het mogelijk was om een andere kamer te verkrijgen . Dit was geen enkel probleem, we hebben dan 2 kamers gekregen naast elkaar ( gezin van 4) , de badkamer was ook iets verouderd nog maar de douchekraan eens veranderen en dit is in orde . Onze vakantie kon beginnen … super vriendelijk personeel zowel receptie, bar ect. Natuurlijk niet te vergeten het fantastisch animatieteam die onze reis onvergetelijke maakten … good job , keep the spirit… nu een weekje terug van jullie prachtige locatie … op naar meer en zie jullie terug in Juli ;-)

Ik ben sinds 23/12 in dit hotel en ben er nog steeds. Voor de prijs die ik hier heb betaald... een zeer goed hotel! Laat ik even de pluspunten en de werkpunten opsommen... + een hardwerkend animatieteam van de vroege ochtend tot de late avond + keuken is zeer goed en afwisselend; drankenkeuze in het restaurant echter zeer beperkt + de gemeenschappelijke ruimten zijn kraaknet, er wordt de hele dag gepoetst + we kregen een onvergetelijke kerstavond en nieuwjaarsavond + winkeliers en aanbieders van wellness/uitstappen zijn in dit hotel NIET opdringerig + de vriendelijkste kamermeid die ik ooit in m'n leven al had (kamer 322!) + vriendelijk bar- en restaurantpersoneel Ook enkele werkpunten: - het indoorzwembad is echt te klein voor het grote aantal gasten - organisatie van showcooking in het restaurant, hierdoor werden veel te lange wachtrijen gecreëerd waardoor alles wat al op je bord lag koud werd (bv. als er een lange wachtrij staat, leg dan de grill vol en niet enkele stukjes kip voor 2 gasten) - 2 koffie-automaten voor het ontbijt, maar de ene is vaak stuk en de koffie van de andere automaat is niet drinkbaar - kamer sterk verouderd, vooral de badkamer. Wel een degelijk bed, maar erg vies bad vol kalkresten, WC doorspoelen ging moeilijk. Ik kom over 5 weken terug en hoop op een gerenoveeerde kamer. Het meest storende, maar dit is geen fout van het hotel, was het gedrag van bepaalde groepen/families in het restaurant. Tafels propvol eten zetten en meer dan de helft laten staan, dessert halen nog voor men iets gegeten heeft (schrik dat het beste op zal zijn), grote hoeveelheden vlees/vis van de showcooking nemen zonder respect voor de wachtrij,... Vreselijk om te zien hoe egoïstisch sommige mensen zijn. Het hotel kondigt aan dat voedselverspilling aangerekend wordt, maar dit wordt niet gehandhaafd.

Dirty very dirty hotel. Nothing working , dirty pools, a lot of Bugs,spiders. Microwave on restaurant becouse everything is cold . IT looks like a 1 star hotel not 4 star. Lost money and that's all. I dont know this hotel have so many good revievs .

The reception was very good, everyone that works at this place has a lot of respect towards you. The rooms also, on hot days the pool is really nice. But in my opinion i think that what really gives life to the hotel and makes you wanna stay here ist the animation team. It was a very great experience.

We really like the place the hotel is very beautiful large and clean . We like the view the weather, as well i wanted to thank all the worker for the happy mood nice service the smile always . Specially the animation team for the great job shows and the fun We advice you all to came and try this place ..and we definitely going to came back

Very disappointed. I got sick from their food, and the handyman broke my suitcase. I was not reimbursed by the hotel. I was so disgusted, I left early. I would never in a million years recommend this place.

Don’t get fooled by the number of stars unless you have tried the hotel. When I first booked my vacation in this hotel, first, I checked the reviews and I was misled. I don’t know if it’s because of the greediness of the people in charge that in the high season, hotels reveal the worst things ever. Aside from the location and the beach, the whole 7 days stay was disappointing. * the reception was awful and unfriendly , we had to wait to hours for the room to be cleaned and finally when we got into it, the house keeper was still there. * Tha staff at the reception are negligent and never answer the phone when needed. I had to walk over there every time I needed a service. * The room was at the end of the hotel, and with garbage view. * The hotel has second floor rooms with no lift or escalator. So old people , people with disabilities, little kids and babies are not welcome there : I had to carry my little boy on the stairs for two floors every times he falls asleep. * The food was mediocre and every day we had the same break fast buffet (thank God we took break fast only stay). All items are low budget. Despite the hotel was fully booked, the service and food were bad. * Our room was quadruple but it was old and very tight, it was like a big twin bed : two beds were built one meter and a half below the seeling. We were a company of 10 people with 4 children and we were relatively satisfied with our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day, the pools and the beach are clean. The food is good, as dinner and lunch are varied every day. The animation is top. I just didn't like the rooms, which are on 2 floors, they are not comfortable for small children. This year we have also booked in the same hotel. I don't think it will be this good again.
