"Don't be put off by the dingy entrance gate. This isn't a place for those with refined taste. The decor is reminiscent of a teenager's room during the communist era, but it has everything you need for a short stay or a month. Initially, the prospect of sharing a bathroom terrified me, as I was with my 80-year-old mother, but everything was well thought out. My mother was pleased. Communication with the manager was seamless. I'm still waiting for the invoice. I will definitely use this location again."

"Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market. Cons: - There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road. - The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com - Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl."

"The location is super convenient, close to the train station and a cat café (score!), with bus stops and great little shops nearby. It's also easy to get to the historic center. The design really impressed me – I'm not even a Star Wars fan, but this is genuinely cool and stylish. The view from the window was pleasant (see photo). The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed. The key code system was excellent. What I didn't like: The street seemed small, but it was surprisingly noisy. You could hear cars very clearly even with the window closed (sad face emoji). It's an old Polish building with no elevator, and the stairs are incredibly steep; the 2nd floor felt like a 3rd or 4th in other places. Hauling a heavy suitcase up there was a nightmare. The wonderful design, unfortunately, showed its age; everything was quite worn, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and it felt stuffy overall. The latches in the showers were barely holding on, and in one, the water drained very slowly. What was truly disappointing was that it wasn't clear what kind of bed you were getting when booking. The idea of beds with curtains, like a private pod, is great, but in my room, for example, only two out of four beds had this, while the other two were behind a single curtain, meaning you effectively shared with a roommate. When booking, you choose a room and bed number, but I didn't know that 5/1 and 5/2 were a shared configuration, whereas 5/3 and 5/4 were separate. It was manageable, but I ended up with a guy right next to me the whole time (smiley face emoji). However, this setup would be perfect for two friends."

"Horrible customer service, no reply for a day. Asked only to change dates of my stay nothing else. I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10 Horrible customer service."

"Fantastyczne miejsce, pomocna i uprzejma obsluga, wszedzie czysto, wyposazenie pokoju kompletne. Bardzo wygodne lozka. Blisko do śródmieścia. Po calodziennym zwiedzaniu mozna skorzystac z sauny i silowni oraz bilarda czy pilkarzykow w czesci wspolnej. Szczerze polecam to miejsce."

"The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it."

"The hotel has a great location—very close to the old town and surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. Parking: The hotel offers underground parking located in a nearby building. However, it is quite expensive. Just across from the entrance to that building, there's a public parking lot available at about half the price. It might be worth considering this more economical option. Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel is on the pricier side compared to similar hotels. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a more budget-friendly breakfast in a relaxed, non-hotel setting."

"One of the most satisfied hostels I’ve stayed in Europe at such good price. 24/7 reception. Free water refill machine. Free good wifi. Separated male and female toilet and shower rooms (all in same floor tho), all-in-one shower gel(?) and hair dryers equipped. Many lockers on the floor (need to ask reception for the lock I think but not sure). New bed sheet, duvet sheet and pillow case provided. Very clean overall. Each bed has own x1 plug for charging and x1 reading light. View is amazing. Very good location (close to old town). Stunning view on rooftop (I didn’t upload the pics for the view tho), residents can get drinks there. Staff are very efficient and helpful, even the residents are really nice. The rooms and washroom/toilet are bright and spacious. Bins in each room. Restaurant right on G/F. AND the convenience store is just 1 min away. Kitchen with fridge, cups and utensils equipped, although the pan and pots are a bit old(?), I don’t need to cook anyway. Luggage storage available for residents. I feel very safe as a solo female traveler. I booked this only the night before but didn’t expect I would be this satisfied, what a good surprise to me. Making my experience here extra good."

"We stopten bij deze accommodatie om onze lange reis te onderbreken, en ik ben blij met onze keuze. De gastheer woont vlakbij de luchthaven, wat tijd en verkeer bespaart. Het is 20 minuten met de taxi van het stadscentrum en de waterkant. Omgeven door groen, volledige stilte, frisse lucht, en het terrein is zorgvuldig ingericht. Naast al het comfort en de voorzieningen maken de mensen altijd het verschil. We vonden het personeel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Natalia en haar collega zorgden ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden door heerlijk eten vers te bereiden, en omdat we iets te vroeg aankwamen, was het echt attent van hen om ons vroeg in onze kamer te laten. Dank jullie wel. Als ik ooit terugkom in Gdansk, kom ik hier zeker weer."
