Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!

Erg mooie kamer, helaas kwamen we om 11 uur, de recepteur kon niet Engels spreken. We gingen naar de kamer, wilde kamerservice, geen menu. Terug naar de receptie, hij had ook geen menu. Na 10 minuten had hij een menu op zijn telefoon gaf hij ons. Terug in de kamer, die kamerservice en restaurantnummer noemde, werkten niet allebei. Geen punt om de receptie te bellen omdat hij niet Engels spreekt. Ga naar bed triest en hongerig. Ze hebben ook geen handdoeken in onze kamer gezet, dus we moesten onszelf drogen met de jurk.

Echt een heel mooi hotel, vooral gezien het feit dat het in de middle of nowhere ligt. Er is niet veel te doen in Mai Chau, maar het hotel is een geweldige plek om te overnachten.

It was pretty quiet at night. The hotel is Very new and clean. Staff was friendly and hospitable. If I had a chance to stay there again, I would need to check out earlier due to the waiting time for a taxi.

I am very surprised to see a true 5 star hotel at Tam Dao. It was very new and very grand.
Staffs are so friendly and it is at the town center.
I love the bathroom with bathtub. Shower and WC are separated which make it so convenient.
The swimming pool and Spa are fantastic.

My husband, mum, and two brothers enjoyed our stay here. The place and our rooms are immaculate and a lot of respectful/friendly staff. I requested for extra tea and they have given us. Make sure to opt for breakfast as it was the most proper meal we had as foreigners. A lot of picturesque spots inside the dining area as well as the welcome area. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you to everyone who made our stay safe and heavenly!

Amazing
GGuest UserWe stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

Outstanding
This is the most fabulous place to stay. All the rooms are amazing and staying here is a very luxury experience. The hotel go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable and arrange loads of great complimentary activities every day for guests to enjoy. We did yoga, batik paining and candle making and all were wonderful! Breakfast is fabulous with lots of options and the villas are outstanding. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough, looking forward to coming back again! A lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

SSaeed- PHI had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and extremely satisfying. One of the highlights was the free orange-picking activity, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

PParsa BarhaghiA good way to see the rice village and stay in comfort! The room spacious and comfortable was an accessory to the main areas outside. We spent some time by the pool in the evening and just enjoyed the weather. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was simple but had everything you wanted. Also the restaurant in general had good prices and a beautiful scenic view to the rice fields. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again!

Wonderful location and the resort was amazing. The food was mainly Vietnamese, yummy and affordable (60-250k), pork belly and morning glory were amazing. Near the resort we visited two different waterfalls but the highlight of the trip for us was the hot springs. We went to Bo Am hot springs and loved it. This was an amazing trip, will be coming back!
