Right in front of koriyama station with built in 7-11. Room was comfort and very clean. The coffee drip bags taste better if compared to the other hotels with the same standard.

料理もお部屋も大変素晴らしい宿でした。 夕食・朝食ともに品数が多く、盛り付けや味も丁寧で、季節感を感じられるお料理に感動しました。 用意して頂いたお部屋もフルリノベーションされていたためとても綺麗で、温泉旅館というより高級ホテルのような清潔感があり、もしトラブルがなければとてもリラックスできたと思います。 お部屋の露天風呂は、温度調整ができるようになってからは湯質・雰囲気ともに最高で、時間を忘れて過ごせました。 また、大浴場も3種類あり、それぞれ趣の違う露天風呂が楽しめました。滝や手入れの行き届いた庭園を眺めながらの入浴は本当に贅沢で、季節ごとに訪れたくなる魅力がありました。 ただ一点、とても残念だったのは、宿泊初日にお部屋の水回りトラブルが続いたことです。水が出たり出なかったりを繰り返しており室内の露天風呂の温度が調整できず熱すぎて入れなかったり、洗面台やシャワーの水が子供が怯えるほど激しく出たり全く出なかったりと、安定しない状態でした。 さらに夜にはトイレが逆流して床と壁が濡れてしまい、せっかくの滞在中にかなり不安を感じました。 フロントの方は夜遅い時間にも関わらず工具を使って配管の調整を試みてくださり、その姿勢自体はありがたかったです。ただ、結果的に完全に解決はせず、部屋の移動などの提案もなく「様子を見てください」という形で終わってしまい、深夜に不安を抱えたまま過ごすことになりました。 翌日になってもこちらから確認するまで説明がなく、誠実なフォローが感じられなかったことも心に引っかかりました。この価格帯のお部屋でこのようなトラブルと対応は、正直これまで経験したことがなくとても驚きました。 また、もう一点とても不安に感じたのは、大浴場で母が男性客に覗かれるという出来事があったことです。 フロントに伝えたところ「外国人観光客が増えており、間違えて入ってきた可能性がある」との説明でしたが、母が見た限りでは日本人男性であり、その対応にも不信感を覚えました。 安全面での対策（見回りや案内強化など）を取っていただけたら、より安心して過ごせる旅館になると思います。 全体としては、施設や料理のクオリティは非常に高く、本来であれば最高評価をつけたいほど素晴らしい旅館でした。 だからこそ、トラブル時の対応や安全面での誠実なフォローが今後改善されることを願っています。

I am quite impressed with this hotel and almost try to reserve another one from the same hotel grouo. First, the room is not big but it is decided to use the space efficiently, e.g. standing shower instead of bath tub. large TV attached to the wall (which is a smart TV!), simple chair and can be placed below the desk. And in terms of facilities, there is a small bookshelf of comic books, massage chair ( with no cost ) in the relaxation room. The public bath has mid side hot tube, a sauna and cold bath. And for breakfast, there are good variety of choice and the area is large and comfortable. I think it is a result for thoughtful design and good use of space (again!). The only downside would be the lobby is located at the 3rd floor and the entry is facing a sidewalk, which can be confusing to find.

It's a beautiful resort. Not the most easily accessible but they provide free shuttle bus from Inawashiro train station, at certain timing. The front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. And the hotel proximity is all clean. Down side is that my room was located further end of the corridor (due to the long stretch design of the resort), I have to walk very far from the lift to reach my room. And the room's air-conditioner doesn't seem to work very well, which is very hot during summer. I was told it's centralized and can't be changed. Facilities in the room/resort also seem to be quite old. But otherwise great environment

the staff at reception and dining place are very professional and caring. The room facilities are very new and the onsen is brilliant. Would love to stay here again, a perfect stay.

酒店員工非常親切友善、詳細解答每次疑問。整座猫魔離宮酒店裝修設計如宮殿般，環境寧靜、清潔度滿分，有奢華的大堂、各個樓層都有多處展望空間可以安静欣賞外面100分風景、有住客專用的天然室內及露天温泉（每次都只有我一個人，好似私家風呂），參加了雪地健行活動體驗到雪国。早晚餐的自助餐雖然不是其他同級温泉酒店中最好，但我已經覺得很好。食物味道很好及種類我都覺得足夠。今次入住了4晚雖然遇上暴風雪不能出外走，但在奢華的宮殿大堂嘆下咖啡、浸下温泉、coffee shop 食下 lunch，真正完全放鬆，洗走所有疲倦同壓力。明年我一定會再來♡

The service is great and comes with subsidised car parking for 600yen per night. You can also exit and enter multiple times subject to availability when you come back. Otherwise just wait at the car park entrance until the barrier lifts. Room is standard. Nearby Food options might be limited if you are picky otherwise it’s a great stay!

I was a bit worried after seeing some of the older reviews, but apparently, the operating company changed in May this year. My impression after staying there was that it felt like a relaxed, ordinary business hotel where you could have some privacy, especially when compared to the newer hotels in Futaba. Regarding my concerns about cleanliness and odors, I had no complaints; the hotel was generally clean. As for sightseeing, there are quite a few spots in Namie that you can't cover in a single day, like the coast near Ukedo Elementary School, which still shows scars from the earthquake, or the samurai residences on the mountain side. So, as a base camp for my trip, it was quite convenient. It seems they're opening a music bar in the restaurant, as I could hear music from the speakers.

The hotel is situated right next to a breathtaking waterfall, offering a truly scenic retreat. The staff is attentive and helpful, though their English proficiency may vary. Both breakfast and dinner showcase the culinary delights of Japanese cuisine, and the onsen experience is simply phenomenal. For an even more luxurious stay, opt for a room with a private onsen, or consider upgrading to a higher-priced room that includes a complimentary one-hour private onsen session.

This hotel the hot spring is higher quality and clean , Good atmosphere, close to nature and streams. The staff are very attentive and provide higher service. Recommend for every generation including the family and couples during multiple activities.
