The onsen was wonderful and dinner was also very good. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Since I booked the most affordable room option. the room itself felt a bit outdated, but overall the experience was enjoyable.

Close to the train station, 7eleven next to the hotel, the staff was nice. The room was a little old fashioned but bigger than usual Japanese hotel room.

Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het station. Er is een Lawson-supermarkt naast de deur, dus je kunt er makkelijk iets halen als je dat nodig hebt. Ik reisde alleen en bleef er overnachten, maar het tweepersoonsbed was ruim en comfortabel. De kamer was schoon, en het toilet en de badkamer waren ook erg schoon. Het is een stukje lopen vanaf het station in de hete zomer, maar als je goed kijkt, zie je dat er een bus vanaf de hoofdstraat vertrekt. Ik denk dat het maar één halte verderop is.

We like the breakfast especially the freshly squeeze juice. The library cafe is great to sit around and they also provide an Ipad for guests.

Right in front of koriyama station with built in 7-11. Room was comfort and very clean. The coffee drip bags taste better if compared to the other hotels with the same standard.

The hotel is situated right next to a breathtaking waterfall, offering a truly scenic retreat. The staff is attentive and helpful, though their English proficiency may vary. Both breakfast and dinner showcase the culinary delights of Japanese cuisine, and the onsen experience is simply phenomenal. For an even more luxurious stay, opt for a room with a private onsen, or consider upgrading to a higher-priced room that includes a complimentary one-hour private onsen session.

The service is great and comes with subsidised car parking for 600yen per night. You can also exit and enter multiple times subject to availability when you come back. Otherwise just wait at the car park entrance until the barrier lifts. Room is standard. Nearby Food options might be limited if you are picky otherwise it’s a great stay!

New hotel, room was tastefully furnished and entrance lobby was spacious with lots of seating. Dining room meals did not look great. looked like it would be best to self cater.

the staff at reception and dining place are very professional and caring. The room facilities are very new and the onsen is brilliant. Would love to stay here again, a perfect stay.

It's a beautiful resort. Not the most easily accessible but they provide free shuttle bus from Inawashiro train station, at certain timing. The front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. And the hotel proximity is all clean. Down side is that my room was located further end of the corridor (due to the long stretch design of the resort), I have to walk very far from the lift to reach my room. And the room's air-conditioner doesn't seem to work very well, which is very hot during summer. I was told it's centralized and can't be changed. Facilities in the room/resort also seem to be quite old. But otherwise great environment
