I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The service is professional, the staff are friendly and attentive, and everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience makes guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Alles was heerlijk en vers. De keuze aan producten was enorm. De kamer was schoon en geluiddicht. De water- en koffie- en theefaciliteiten waren bescheiden, maar je kon altijd om bijvulling vragen. De badkamer was schoon en had een bad, wat ik erg fijn vond. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het treinstation en het stadscentrum. Tramhaltes zijn vlakbij, dus je kunt overal goedkoop komen. Een klein minpuntje is het tv-aanbod, dat erg bescheiden is. Een pluspunt is de extra verwarming in de badkamer! Een degelijk, schoon hotel met een heerlijk ontbijt op een ideale locatie. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen!

What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

Strategisch gelegen in de oude stad, naast de Wieża Kościoła Garnizonowego p.w. św. Elżbiety Węgierskiej. Tijdens mijn verblijf van twee nachten in Wrocław was er geen extra openbaar vervoer nodig.
Het personeel is over het algemeen vriendelijk en beleefd.
Het ontbijt kost PLN 70 per persoon als u het vooraf via de receptie bestelt. Het is elke cent waard met de uitgebreide selectie en de gezellige eetkamer.
Al met al een uitstekende verblijfservaring, alleen de kamer zou een luchtverfrisser kunnen gebruiken; naar mijn smaak een beetje muf.

The location couldn't be better. Everything was very quick and self-service. I expected a fridge in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I didn't look into it beforehand, as I assumed it would be standard. I had a problem on the first night with the lighting and air conditioning in the room because it's not easy for guests to figure out, and there are no instructions. The bathroom light is sensor-activated and takes an incredibly long time to turn off. The air conditioning is turned on and off with a master switch. The worst part was the bedside reading lamps. I pressed all the buttons, and they wouldn't turn off for anything. In the end, I had to turn off a master power switch that controls both the air conditioning and these lights (what's the logic in them being linked?!). As a result, I had to leave the windows slightly open and suffered with street noise all night and woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A precious night wasted. The service was good, not great, as there were apologies but no attempt to make things right. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are completely fluffy, causing a lot of discomfort. I found a photo of the hotel from 1945 and posted it here.

Da wir auf den Weihnachtsmarkt wollten und das Hotel sehr nahe liegt, haben wir es gewählt.
Das Parkhaus war sehr eng, aber mit Hilfe sind wir reingekommen.
Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet.
Die Betten waren sehr weich

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

GGuest UserOverall, while the location and cleanliness are good, poor service, maintenance neglect, and unfair treatment made our stay disappointing.
The staff were very unhelpful and dismissive with maintenance issues. The shower head holder was broken and never fixed, and on our last morning the A/C stopped working with no resolution and follow-up. Our room faced the inner courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, making it uncomfortably warm which we had to leave the door open until checkout.
We also experienced discriminatory behavior: when we requested a higher floor at check-in, we were told it was unavailable, yet a Caucasian traveler who checked in afterward received the same request.

MMr. Smoky BaconGreat hostel. The beds were comfortable and stable, with good-sized lockers and rooms. The location is amazing, and you can explore Warclow on foot with no problem.
If you are here for the Christmas market, it is right in front of the hostel; it can't get better than this. Noise during the week is not a problem, since the market closes at 22hrs, but this is a neighborhood with several restaurants, bars, clubs, and casinos, so on weekends it does get loud later in the night, that is the downside of being in a central zone.
My only issue with the hostel was with the showers. There is no place or support for you to leave your clothes and to dry ourself. For the 3 showers, there was only one stool that could be used for some support, but if you are there after someone, it won't be available. So, you will have to do some gymnastics to keep everything hanging from the curtain's bar. Not only that, but one of the curtains had a big hole right in the middle, making that shower unusable.
Besides that, my stay here is really good.

Breakfast area really small (only a few tables available for eating plus a few sofas with coffee tables; definitely not good for the amount of people/rooms) and not comfortable either (peaple squeeze to move anywhere near buffet), but breakfast itself was tasty.

Rrhee0606It's about a 10-minute walk from Wrocław Central Station. There's a convenience store nearby, and tram and bus routes run through the area, making transportation convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious.
