Very good location at the central of JR Toyohashi, The room is well maintained, comfy bed, nice city view on the top (13th) floor, service is very nice , I got birthday gift while checking in. Everything is perfect

Dit is de t****e keer dat ik hier binnen een maand verbleef. Omdat mijn eerste indruk erg goed was, heb ik niet geaarzeld om er de t****e keer voor te kiezen. Maar deze keer was er na het betreden van de kamer een zeer sterke urinegeur in het toilet. Na lang zoeken ontdekte ik dat het het douchegordijn was. Ik heb parfum over de hele afbeelding van het douchegordijn gespoten, maar de geur verdween pas nadat we hadden gedoucht. We durfden het douchegordijn helemaal niet te gebruiken, dus hebben we het gehouden zoals het op de foto stond. Omdat de geur na het douchen verdween, heb ik dit bij het uitchecken niet aan de receptie verteld. Maar na deze ervaring twijfel ik een beetje of ik de volgende keer hier weer zal verblijven...

location is perfect and really closed to the Chubu international airport. You can actually walk to the airport although the hotel operates free shuttle buses to the airport. The room is clean and tidy, but I was a bit disappointed with their free breakfast. It is free, so I can’t really complain about it, but I wouldn’t try eating there anymore. A convenience store is a few steps away from the main entrance

The hotel is located above JR Nagoya Station, making it the perfect place to stay if you make use of train to travel. The view from my hotel room was fantastic. The room was very clean and well-equipped.

Excellent service came from front desk staffs speak in English and Chinese. Good food, good tea. And as an ESG volunteer auditor and consultant, the ECO friendly atmosphere in hotel is the most iconic experience, Though there's more to be done, it makes toyoko inn so identifiable and unique comparing with others. Hope to comeback soon and stay longer. Thanks.

Centrair Hotel is of less than one minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport Terminal 1, about four minutes walk from the Flight of Dreams and Terminal 2, and of five minutes' walk to Aichi Sky Expo. On the day that I stayed, it costs me around S$235 and it is the first day of trade event JATA Tourism Expo 2025. This is by far my most expensive airport hotel stay in Japan. I hope the hotel can review the rate in comparison with standard airport hotels in other parts of the country when a trade event is held. Other airport hotels do not charge that extremely high. Despite the exorbitant rate, I enjoy my stay as I am able to view paintings with the aviation theme, aircraft models, see aircraft landing on and moving along the runway, see the giant Dreamlifters from my room, stand showering in the small bathroom and the bed is comfortable but the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The Pacific side level rooms are accessible by touch of the hotel keycard before the main door and this section comes before the guest lounge. There is the dedicated Vegetarian Menu area for vegetarians at the hotel's Cosmos Restaurant. The queue for breakfast starts from 5.50 am and the last order for breakfast is at 9.30 am. Guests will like dining at this restaurant but on the day of check-out there is no queue at all. The restaurant does not allow takeaways. So, I wonder why the room rate was that high and rooms were sold out under the free breakfast option.

Het is gelegen in het centrum van Sakae, een erg goede locatie. Het is erg handig en dicht bij Donki. Je kunt er makkelijk winkelen. Er is echter maar één stopcontact om je telefoon of tablet op te laden. En slechts één USB-poort (type A). Dat is absoluut niet genoeg om je apparaten op te laden. Dat is echt jammer.

Ha sido una buena experiencia por el precio que pagamos. Incluye desayuno y cena (cosa que no ocurre en la mayoría de hoteles) No pudimos usar el spa porque estaba averiado. La cama es amplia y la almohada cómoda. Variedad de amenities. Disponen de una bici para alquilar, pero no la usé porque fui en pareja. Fuera de la estación hay bicis eléctricas para alquilar.

Location is out of the way, but the service, room, and staff are all exceptional. Very spacious. There's a dining area right when you walk in that has events like live music, but make sure to reserve ahead of time (I didn't and I'm kicking myself for that).

De service op de 18e verdieping en bij de receptie was uitstekend, net als de service bij het zwembad en de fitnessruimte. Helaas was de service in restaurant Wu Ren en het Italiaanse restaurant Cavanovia ondermaats. Wu Ren wordt beschouwd als een toprestaurant voor Kaiseki-gerechten, maar de sommelier en het bedienend personeel spraken slecht Engels en waren onwillig om te communiceren. Het leek alsof ze de borden zo snel mogelijk wilden neerzetten en we geacht werden zelf de menukaart te lezen. Dit zou acceptabel zijn in een gewoon restaurant, maar is dit gepast voor een Kaiseki-restaurant? Het hotel moet bevestigen of dit de standaard serviceprocedure is. In het Italiaanse restaurant was het nog erger – er was helemaal geen service. Aanvankelijk waren ze vriendelijk, maar zodra ze Engels hoorden, zeiden ze direct dat er geen plaats was, maakten een wegwuifgebaar en keerden ons de rug toe. Het hotel moet ook bevestigen of dit de standaard serviceprocedure van dit restaurant is.
