The service was very very good but the room felt quite dusty and all the towels generally got stains. Location wise is super good, quite central, near airport and near good foods.

Beautiful and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The tvs in the room are a bit small and the wifi needs a little boost. The food is delicious whether ordering room service or eating in the dinning area. Have stayed at this hotel several times and plan to use again in the future.

Just got to Palangka Raya from a long haul. When we entered the hotel, we smell nice ambiance in the lobby that felt welcoming. The beed was nice and comfy, the non-smoking room also smell fresh. The staffs also very nice. Very recommended 👌🏽

Untung kaum nendang mending ini sih cukup yaaa. Udah include sarapan juga. Dia ada 2 bagian gitu, depan dan belakang, yang belakang ini kayanya masih baru. Kemarin aku dapat yang di bagian depan, AC dingin, rumah kayu gitu dinding alas atap semuanya kayu, tapi kayu bagus tentunya ya kaya rumah nenek. Bersih 👌🏻 saya juga coba main ke bagian belakang lebih tampak baru tentunya, kalo ini udh full beton, tapi kasurnya kecil, buat sendiri. Mngkin ada pilihan kasur gede jg sih tapi saya gak liat aja. Ada sofa dan juga karpet. AC nya dingin. Airnya bersih. Udahbinclude sarapan untuk 2 orang. Kemarin aku dapat di harga 147an

Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

GglassboxConvenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

MmjrdBooked a double studio room, it turns out it doesn't have an en suite bathroom, just for the experience.. the location is very strategic though.. only because the bathroom is outside.. so the bathroom is not very clean.. even though the room is clean, the AC is also cold..

KkingLNThe hotel facilities are good, the exterior wall is Dutch style, and the air is fresh. The only problem is that the hotel's WIFI signal is a bit poor, and it was intermittent throughout the night. The hotel is not too far from the airport.
