Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again."

"Prachtig uitzicht op Chanchun Railway Station vanuit mijn raam. Een deel van mijn treinreis was stilgelegd vanwege zware stormen. Erg handig op loopafstand van het station. Lokale eetstalletjes en restaurants op 5 minuten lopen van het hotel. Geef aan of u een rookvrije kamer wilt, want sommige kamers kunnen een oude sigarettengeur hebben."

"This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun."

"This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil."

"Ik had een vreselijke ervaring bij Atour X Changchun Station: het duurde een uur om het hotel te vinden en de kamer was om 17:00 uur nog niet klaar, omdat ze hun leden tussen 15:00 en 18:00 uur lieten uitchecken. We gingen uit eten en kwamen 40 minuten later terug om in te checken, maar kregen te horen dat ze GEEN buitenlanders konden accepteren. Ze annuleerden onze kamerboeking en zeiden dat ik een ander hotel moest zoeken. Ik heb meteen met het personeel van Trip.com gechat voor hulp. Binnen 5 minuten veranderde ze mijn boeking naar Yatai hotel :) we waren blij dat we in Yatai verbleven 👍"

"The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!"

"Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time."

"A completely new hotel. Located in a cosmo walk, 50 from the shopping. The room is comfortable. We had two beds, there are still lots of free spaces. Matres, pillows and underwear are excellent. There is a couch with a table and a chair. Water, tea and coffee are added once a day. The shower is not tropical, but the leak is wide and comfortable, the pressure is excellent, the shower is separated from the toilet area of the dark glass intersection. The air conditioner works excellent, individual. The toilet is smart, but not set on washing, washed by the side button. The shelves are located very successfully, not in the bathroom area, but also not in the room, and as if separated from the room, very convenient, the washing machine is wide and there is a decent size surface on the washing machine there is a refrigerator. Breakfasts are more Asian, but you can find something for yourself. You cook a chip of two kinds (you can ask it as a soup), there are many supplements, there are sharp snacks, vegetables, a little fruit, tests and jam, a little ready food. Decent coffee, soy milk and cow, there is a boiler. Whoever is used to eating in the morning fully and doesn't like Chinese and Korean food, it's probably hard to have breakfast, and so in general good. On the 1st floor, the coffee machine, cream, glasses, lemon water is freely available. On the first floor, two washing machines and two dry machines already filled with washing machines. I think, later, some points on the guest reviews will be taken into account by the hotel administration, and in general everything is very convenient and comfortable!"

"The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."
