Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms are very big & within like a 15 mins walking distance to the instamgramable wall! Enjoyed the stay there with kids. Each of them having their own double bed and spending only sgd 50 per room of 3 double beds per night which I thought was worth it.

Very good front desk resolved an otherwise difficult issue for me. Big picture window in room provided wonderful view of city. Several small restaurants nearby. Starbucks coffee outlet across the street was very convenient for me. Breakfast was not provided by this trade hotel, but I was otherwise very pleased with this accommodation.

Prachtig uitzicht op Chanchun Railway Station vanuit mijn raam. Een deel van mijn treinreis was stilgelegd vanwege zware stormen. Erg handig op loopafstand van het station. Lokale eetstalletjes en restaurants op 5 minuten lopen van het hotel. Geef aan of u een rookvrije kamer wilt, want sommige kamers kunnen een oude sigarettengeur hebben.

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased!The main advantage is the perfect location: right next to a shopping mall, and within easy walking distance to key attractions such as the Bloggers' Wall, Yanbei University, and the People's Park. At the same time, the hotel itself is very quiet and clean, which is especially valuable after a day of exploring the city. A special thanks for the delicious and hearty breakfasts - a great start to the day. The area is simply bustling with various cafes and restaurants, so I had no problems with meals. I definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to your city!

Het hotel ligt een beetje ver van station Changchun, ongeveer 15 minuten lopen, maar het is de moeite waard om hier te verblijven. Er zijn eigenlijk bussen vanaf station Changchun, maar ik heb die niet genomen. De kamer en het toilet in de kamer zijn schoon. De waterdruk is goed om een ​​goede douche te hebben! 酒店位置優越，就位於商業廣場附近，去商業廣場購物和吃飯都很方便，酒店旁邊就是一個超市和洗浴中心；門口就是一個停車場，雖然停車較多，感覺停車緊張，但不管什麼時候去都有停車的位置。 酒店設施齊全配套，房間設施完善，開水壺都是可以保温的高檔商品，瓶裝水免費提供，不夠直接到樓層電梯處取；洗衣機和烘乾機有兩套，也很給力而不擁擠，健身房設施配套都齊全，配有免費瓶裝水和毛巾，感覺酒店從設施配置方面都在為客人着想，管理領導是用了心的。 酒店衞生方面沒法得説，都是做的很好👍乾淨衞生整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，每天更換毛巾浴巾和拖鞋，床單被套和床墊都很舒服。 早餐品種繁多豐富多樣，中餐西餐都配齊了；不是那種簡單的早餐。

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!
