"We verbleven er 9-10 dagen. We kunnen dus echt onze mening geven over verschillende aspecten. Ondanks de immense omvang van het complex, was de omgeving vrij rustig. Het appartement werd alleen schoongemaakt op verzoek. Wij, die netheid hoog in het vaandel hebben staan, moesten het zelf maar uitzoeken. Zelfs zonder stoffer en blik op de kamer. Het complex is echt goed georganiseerd op de jeugdafdeling, met voetbalvelden, basketbalvelden en nog veel meer, inclusief de receptie, zoals koffieautomaten en wifi. De prijs is best aantrekkelijk. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het is alleen een beetje lastig om er elke keer dat we terugkomen naartoe te gaan vanwege de afstand en de parkeergelegenheid."

"The room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am."

"To write down exactly what I experienced: - There were so many Chinese group tourists that I mistook myself for being in China during breakfast. - The location is a bit secluded, and the building in front is an abandoned structure (an old bus terminal). - On the first day of check-in, there was no hot water, so I felt a bit cold after showering. It was fine from that day on. - Bottled water is not provided, which is similar to many hotels in Croatia. - No indoor slippers. - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all in a single tube. - The electric heater in the bathroom (usually used for drying handkerchiefs and socks after hand washing) did not work. - The safe did not work; I requested repairs but was unable to get them fixed."

"Hotel in het centrum van de stad, dicht bij de bus. Het hotel is schoon en heeft een privé parkeergelegenheid. Heel aardig personeel  De kamer is mooi groot , Een paar bemol op het niveau van de badkamer. De toiletpapierpoort ligt veel te ver van de wc.. het is helemaal niet op de juiste plaats. Het heeft ten minste 1 m 10 d’afstand. Tussen de wc en deze."

"We had excellent quiet and comfortable rooms with kitchenettes. The setting was close to the old town and marina but away from the huge number of tourists, a calm retreat with lovely garden terraces to sit out on. Our host was Nicola who was extremely helpful and generous. He gave us information for our visit , arranged taxis . I left my apple airpods in our room and resent them back to me in the UK...to my great relief. He refused my offers of payment...such good service. I would thoroughly recommend this place and will return myself."

"Perfect location on Norodni Trg and beautiful, spacious room. Boutique hotel with only 12 rooms and a great breakfast. Highly recommend. Note that it can be a tad difficult to find the actual hotel.
