I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history

酒店位於六甲山牧場邊，提供JR六甲站（離三宮站一站路）接駁車（3200日元一趟），車程才20多分鐘，對拖着行李的一家人來説這樣比倒兩次纜車兩趟公交上山花一個半小時更方便快捷，價格也差不多。 晚飯自選BBQ（5500日元/人）或者壽喜燒（4500日元/人），4歲小孩半價收費，詳情可以郵件諮詢酒店，一直有員工回覆的。 房間有廚房設施，下次還是自己超市買好肉帶過來燒烤更滿足些。早餐普通，如果能有牧場的鮮牛奶就好了。 小木屋十分舒適乾淨，設施一流，員工們英語都很好，下次還會選擇帶娃來過暑假。

We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day! A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

前台服務很好。房間非常好，落地角窗看窗外景觀非常美，房間設施非常新，房間設施非常齊全，房間咖啡和冰箱裏酒水果汁非常豐盛，喝到喝不完,飲品量很足，非常貼心。洗髮護髮身體乳都是寶格麗的，體驗感非常好。還貼心的準備了男士和女士的護膚旅行裝，非常細心。特別提出表揚下入住這幾天從接待我們開始一直為我們服務的ひろこさん員工，非常熱情，非常細心，人很好。給我們入住這幾天帶來的體驗感非常舒服非常好。期待下次入住還能遇到ひろこさん。

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! The onsen was of the highest quality, providing a serene and rejuvenating escape. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was incredibly spacious, featuring luxurious amenities that added to the overall comfort. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenery. If you're looking to indulge in a high-end Japanese experience and have the budget for it, this hotel is an excellent choice

Our stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening. Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean. Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅 I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now! We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in(( Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

It’s the second time staying in this onsen. It’s overall good. We stayed over the weekend and the onsen was very crowded. Other than that, it was great.

One of the best experiences in my life. The view from the windows is incredible. Kaiseki dinner was awesome (requires booking in advance, though). Modern yet real onsen. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only problem: bad private bath condition. But nothing critical.

The service of the staff is superb and way beyond expectation.  I noticed that the yugata for my wife is men’s size and my slipper is women’s size. I hope they can be more prepared on the suitable sizes to be available for guest. The only thing I don't really like is the toilet room inside the Japanese style room. The wall paper has lots of stain spot, smelly and it is not quite comfortable to stay even for a short while to do your thing when you have a need.

Ik verbleef in een kamer in Japanse stijl, wat even wennen was, maar over het algemeen was ik tevreden. Het hotel heeft twee warmwaterbronnen en de ruimte is erg groot. Wat betreft de twee maaltijden die bij het verblijf waren inbegrepen: het diner was heerlijk en heel bijzonder. Het ontbijt bood een behoorlijke variatie aan gerechten en smaakte erg goed. De locatie is, zelfs zonder auto, op ongeveer vijf tot zes minuten lopen van het station. Er is een supermarkt op ongeveer drie minuten loopafstand.
