Hotels met ontbijt in Kobe

I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history

Favoriete hotel tijdens Kanto-reis De warmwaterbronnen op de bovenverdieping zijn erg goed, met gratis sneeuwramen. Ik heb Yakult 's ochtends niet gekregen. Ik heb de receptie gebeld en verteld dat het was afgeleverd. Het voelde heel goed. Er zijn wasfaciliteiten, die is erg handig voor toeristen. Toen ik incheckte, was de parkeerplaats van het hotel vol. Als ik op de tegenoverliggende parkeerplaats zou moeten parkeren, zou het 1.000 yen kosten om de auto vóór 10.00 uur op te halen, maar het zou nog eens 1.500 yen kosten om de auto op te halen na 10.00 uur. Dus als u de auto niet vóór 10.00 uur kunt ophalen. Als u een auto gebruikt, moet u in totaal 2.500 yen parkeergeld betalen. Er is een uitstekend café in de buurt met een goed ontbijt. 👍Ga naar het einde van Chinatown en sla rechtsaf voor Kobe BBQ. Ik raad het niet aan. Veel recensies zijn negatief.

While the hardware of the hotel is good, certain policies and service gaps significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. On the positive side, the hygiene standards here are excellent. The room was spotless and very modern, which is always the most critical factor for me when traveling. I also want to express my appreciation for the luggage keeping arrangement. Being able to store my bags securely and easily both before check-in and after check-out was a huge help, allowing me to explore Kobe freely without the burden of heavy luggage. However, international travelers need to be aware of a major caveat: this is a strictly ”cashless” hotel. I attempted to pay with cash to avoid bank fees, but was refused. I was forced to use my VISA card, which meant I was hit with foreign transaction and exchange fees that amounted to roughly an extra 5% cost on my trip. I found this policy very rigid and frustrating for guests who prefer using cash. Furthermore, the in-room amenities and service were disappointing. Guests should know that the rooms are completely bare of essentials—there are no razors, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room. Realizing this late at night caused unnecessary trouble. Additionally, the housekeeping service lacked attention to detail; even though my Yukata (sleepwear) was clearly used and left out to be changed, the staff did not replace it with a fresh one. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn offers a very clean environment, but the lack of basic in-room amenities and the strict payment policy make it difficult for me to fully recommend it to travelers trying to manage their budget and convenience.

Very good service provided by the staff of the hotel. Sleeping robe, shaver, comb, tooth brush and tooth paste is provided free. There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours. Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families. The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!

Quite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable. Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly). It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊 Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel.

The room are extremely clean and comfortable, with warm lighting very conducive during sleeping time! Breakfast is great too! Staff are professional!

Ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf! De kamer was ruim, comfortabel en goed ontworpen, wat zorgde voor een echt ontspannen verblijf. De service was uitstekend, van de receptie tot het huishoudelijk personeel. Ze waren professioneel en vriendelijk, reageerden op verzoeken en waren attent op elke behoefte, een ware belichaming van de verfijnde Japanse gastvrijheid. De locatie was een echte plus! Het ligt op loopafstand van de **Nubiki Herb Garden (Nubiki Herb Garden/Secret Garden)**, met een prachtig uitzicht op de natuur van Kobe. Het is een geweldige keuze voor wie van wandelen houdt of gewoon in contact wil komen met de natuur. De omgeving is ook goed voorzien van restaurants en vervoersmogelijkheden. Al met al was het een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en ik kom hier zeker terug als ik Kobe bezoek!

Great location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.

Hotel service was good. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the stay. Food was good for the stay since there are not much options for food at Arima. Most shops are closed by afternoon. Though the hotel is old but it’s renovated (except for the old wooden cupboard) which made the stay more pleasant. Onsen is indoor and small so will need to go at hours with lesser people.

Most comfortable bed that I stay in Japan for the past 2 months. Lucky we stay here for 4 nights. Bed is very firm but not hard which is good for our back. Room is very clean and bathroom is spaces that I can sit on bath tub and shower. It would be perfect if the room is slightly bigger. They charge parking for 2000¥ for night which is too high for me but the front desk young lady ( ********* girl) who was very friendly and helpful, she recommended me to park my car at nearby coin parking which cost me on 800¥ for 24 hours.
