Hotels met spa in Madrid

The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

Fabulous hotel! Service was excellent throughout the hotel including reception, concierge, restaurant/bar, housekeeping. When we checked in, the concierge was able to make a reservation on the spot for us at a very popular restaurant in Madrid!

Dit is het beste hotel voor deze 15-daagse reis door Europa. Het hotel heeft een uitstekende ligging, ruime kamers met een comfortabel design, aparte badkamers, is schoon en efficiënt en het personeel is erg beleefd. De ramen in de gangen op de verdiepingen zorgen voor een goede lichtinval en elk raam biedt een ander uitzicht. Het ontbijt was prima en de borg voor het uitchecken werd binnen enkele seconden op mijn rekening bijgeschreven, wat geweldig was! Ik raad u ten zeerste aan om voor dit VP-hotel te kiezen als u naar Madrid reist.

Ik zag dat er voor het eerst een kamerbestelling werd betaald voor een kamerservice in een Four Seasons Hotel... een absurde en onlogische toepassing... en het verbaast me dat sommige van de koekjes in het ontbijt te goedkoop zijn. Ik heb nog nooit zoiets gezien bij een Four Seasons Hotel.

De SuperB-kamer waar ik een week verbleef was ruim en mooi, maar had de kamer uitzicht op de binnenplaats? Uitzicht op de tuin moet absoluut worden vermeden. Het lawaai van het restaurant dat je vanaf zonsopgang kunt horen, het gerinkel en gekraak waardoor ik om 6 uur 's ochtends wakker werd uit mijn lichte slaap en het feit dat ik bijna elke nacht pas om middernacht goed kon slapen vanwege de muziek... Het zou perfect zijn geweest als dit er niet was geweest… Ik raad aan om deze ramen te vervangen door geluiddichte ramen. Het hotel zelf is mooi ingericht.

❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️ 😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day. 😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking. 🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie. De service moet worden verbeterd. De dag voor vertrek vroeg het hotel ons om van kamer te wisselen en bood geen enkele verontschuldiging aan voor het storen van andere gasten. Dit soort service past niet bij de positionering van het hotel

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!
