"Sercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us.
Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk.
Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice"

"Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26).
Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.
Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!
Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!
Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat.
For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!
On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!!

"I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly
.
However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle
.
Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍"

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in.
Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough.

The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests.

I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room.
Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral."

AAshley HoIt was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails.
They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached
Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

YYour Jamaican GirlI had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

JJerome.CI had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:-
张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

YYinYinTravelThe main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

JJTLJPeople in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early.
Upon entering the building, it's really hot.
We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.

I just snapped some photos with my phone (no filters used at all!), and when I posted them on WeChat Moments, I was immediately bombarded with questions like, ”Which网红 B&B is this?” The photo success rate is 100%, making it an absolute photography paradise!
