"Let me first describe my itinerary. On the first day, I entered the Ice and Snow World at 11:00 AM. You can use the fast track to enter the park (any gate is fine), with the South Gate being the closest. After entering, I contacted the campsite, and they sent a shuttle bus directly to the hotel reception. The driver helped with my luggage; the service was excellent. Check-in was quick, and staff escorted me to my room and explained the important points. The first day included unlimited park entry and fast track access at any time. The second day offered a half-day ticket, but no unlimited entry; after finishing, you could simply leave, and a shuttle bus was available to take you to the main gate.
The room was clean and tidy, with underfloor heating throughout. To be honest, the room wasn't large, but it was warm and had a resting area, so I didn't have to share a toilet with other guests or struggle to find a place to sit in the rest area. Breakfast was provided on the second day, with about seven or eight hot and cold dishes, which was acceptable.
The advantages of staying at the Ice and Snow World: The biggest difference from the official VIP package is the availability of a resting area. Since I spent 1.5 days there, I could easily return to my room to rest when tired. Also, the first day included unlimited park entry, but I needed to enter before 9:00 PM.
Great extended activities: Even after all the other tourists left by 10 PM, I was still taking photos inside. After everyone else leaves, park staff will be doing maintenance and repairs on the paths; just don't bother them. If you missed taking photos during the day or thought it was too crowded, don't worry, there's practically no one there anymore. I ended up taking photos until 11:30 PM (I was so tired from walking) before heading back.
The next morning, after breakfast, I wandered around taking photos again. The first day was for nighttime views, the second morning for daytime scenery. The sun rises very early, making it a great time for photos. Don't worry about crowds at all, there's practically no one there. I think as long as you and your phone can withstand the cold, you can take photos of every corner, haha. The second morning, regular and VIP tourists were queuing to enter the park. I had already reached the entrance to the giant slide and booked a 10 AM slot (the express pass for the giant slide is only valid for the first day). I was the first to go, so you can actually ride the giant slide twice – once in the evening and once in the morning as part of the first wave. But honestly, the evening session is more fun.
Overall, it felt a bit pricey, but it was definitely worth it. It was really cold, and this might be the only time in a few years. Money should be spent wisely, and as long as you feel it was worth it, that's fine!"
