It is only a 2-minute walk to Harbin Railway Station, which is served by Metro Lines 1 and 2. The hotel is within 1 km of shopping areas such as Yueda Shopping Center, Songlei Department Store, Jianshe Shoe City, Guozhan Carrefour, and Renhe Underground Commercial Street. It is also close to the Russian-style Gogol Street, offering you a different view and urban atmosphere. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and 5 minutes to walk to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. "I stayed at the Tianzhu Hotel right by the Harbin Railway Station, and honestly, itās a bit of a toss-up.
The location is the only real winner hereābeing right next to the airport bus and the train station is a lifesaver if youāre hauling luggage or have a super early flight. That part was super convenient.
But the room itself? Pretty disappointing. It felt really old and worn out, like it hasnāt been updated in decades. The vibe was just kind of dingy. To make matters worse, the shower was a struggle. The water pressure was pathetic and the temperature was all over the placeāeither freezing or scalding. It made getting ready pretty frustrating.
If you just need a cheap spot to crash for a few hours before a train, it does the job, but don't expect much. Iād probably look elsewhere next time if I wanted a comfortable stay."

"This is an excellent place to stay in because the place is just right beside the famous hagia sophia which will save your time if you stay in the city. It is also walking distance to many halal restaurants which I found very convenient as a muslim. The host is very good with hospitality. He informed me that there is snow on my second day there and because of that i experienced my first snowfall. He also let us store our luggages for free for 2 days when we went to yabuli & snow town. The host is good with hospitality. Overall, i recommend this place for your stay in Harbin and would definitely repeat."

"Great little themed hotel, one of the most unique hotels Iāve ever stayed at. Sure, data can be spotty but the hotel provides in-room speedy wifi. One thing I may note is that during peak hours, the elevator can take quite a while to get up and down since the place is on the 30th floor. But plan accordingly and you wonāt regret it. A prime, central location thatās not less than 20 minutes from major attractions. Very happy with my stay here.

"This hotel is amazing for kids. We had three different rooms, they were all fantastic. One room had a slide and ball pit, one had a tree with a tree house for kids to sleep in, the third room was like candy land. My child loved staying here. The location is great, it's a 5 min walk to Chinese Baroque Street, which is a pedestrian only street filled with Russian and Chinese souvenir shops, cafes and shops warm clothes. There were so many photo opportunities. There are taxis out front so it's easy to go to Harbin Snow and Ice World, Siberian Tiger Sanctuary or St Sophia Church. The service at the hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Wang Xinrui, was incredible. She helped us numerous times, including finding a pharmacy and navigating the TV to find English speaking movies when our child was unwell. She was always available and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)š
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the āboiling water thrown into the skyā ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didnāt bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her šš¼

ZZheng2571Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience.
At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!).
**Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold!
For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down.
**The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

GGastgebruikerHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Upon arrival to the homestay, lady boss free upgrade to a beautiful bigger room for us!
I have been communicating with lady boss via WeChat xyxms999 before arrival and she helped us planned the full 5 days 4 nights itinerary including to horse ride, snow play, ski and xuexiang!
They literally drive us around to and fro around by their chauffeur.
We ordered TB and they help us pick up our stuff too
They serve daily breakfast too
The room is very new and is exactly as per the photos and housekeeping is awesome
The bosses own a restaurant next door and serve super yummy authentic dong bei food that we had our dinner there every night! And they are so nice to give us a discount of the foodā¦
Even though this is a homestay but we feel that the service they offer was far so much better than a hotel.
They have their big snow area with their own snow play with snow bike and snow car and snow slide and swing too
Also they help us buy discounts tickets to all places of interest as well as loan ski gear at a discounted price tooā¦
My girls loved it so much that they wanted to go back again!

The people are so welcoming and the process of check in and check out went smoothly. Also the place is perfect! Very near to the famous halal restaurant and near to the famous street. NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be.
The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every Ā check Ā in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as itās a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns.
The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When youāre already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening.
Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as Iāve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesnāt offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable.
For my next trip to Harbin, Iāll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, Iād strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that wonāt leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

AAnsh ChananaThe place which looks in the photo it is that one but quite dropped by the expectation which I had with it , it was time around the new year and I paid around 700 RMB for 2 nights so I thought room will be quite good by checking the rooms and photos of the reviews. But the room was small the terrace was just a little high from my head. Whole room is okay okay and not so much what you see in the photos. And whole room was with smoke smell the entire 2 days and we opened the small windows to bring out the circulation. Coz the room was heating up in the half an hour only. The owner is good she is really friendly and will help you with everything she even helped in getting my refund of my next hotel she is very good. But the place is fine and can get better

Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and itās about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesnāt have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

LLuoriyufengDe locatie is goed, als je naar buiten gaat, sla je linksaf en je vindt het metrostation, niet ver van Central Street. Het ligt op een grote binnenplaats en het is nogal verlaten met weinig toeristen. De verwarmingstemperatuur van de kamer is OK, maar er zijn geen faciliteiten. De badkamer is leeg en je moet naar de receptie om badhanddoeken en toiletpapier te halen Over het algemeen is het gewoon.
