Excellent hotel to satay in for business traveller solo traveller and for a weekend in the capital ,loved the breakfast, 100% i recommend to all friends and family members and to anyone wanting to spend time in the capital Tunis as its close to everything you need. "Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy"

"Het hotel lag midden in het centrum. Ik verbleef in kamer 303. Klein met een tweepersoonsbed, hoewel ik een eenpersoonskamer had geboekt. De kamer was schoon, netjes en compact. Er was geen waterkoker of koelkast en er was geen glas te vinden. De nachtreceptionist was erg behulpzaam, vrolijk en vond een glas en wat water voor me."

"It was my first trip to Tunis, and I chose Ibis based on a friend's recommendation. The hotel staff promptly attended to my check-in and were hospitable and friendly throughout my stay. I enjoyed the pub in the lobby, which was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was moderate, and I hope the variety of hot meals can be improved further."

"Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, dicht bij het treinstation en gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van Sousse. Het hotel is erg nieuw. Hoewel de kamer niet groot is, is deze volledig uitgerust, schoon en netjes en is er voldoende warm water om te zwemmen. Het personeel is erg gastvrij. Ze serveren koffie bij binnenkomst en helpen zelfs een taxi te bellen na het uitchecken."

"Ik was zeer verrast, ik dacht dat het een normaal hotel zou zijn, maar het zou gemakkelijk een 4-sterren kunnen zijn, alles was zeer schoon en zeer goed verzorgd en uitstekende service, het ontbijt is continentaal, ze hebben variatie en goede kwaliteit. Gratis parkeren."
