"What is obviously see in this hotel is how good of the staff. The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏"

"I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^"

"Отель был выбран как промежуточный пункт между двумя рейсами и оправдал ожидания. Трансфер заказали через приложение. Автомобиль прибыл за нами в аэропорт вовремя. Ехали до отеля 8 мтнут. Фото номера соответствуют действительности. Все чисто и аккуратно. В отеле тихо, можно спокойно отдохнуть. Единственный недочет: предоставляются только мягкие тапочки, резиновых тапочек нет. Резинового коврика в душевой нет, а пол очень скользкий, из-за чего я поскользнулся и разбил глаз об торчащий угол полочки. За это снижаю баллы. Поскольку у нас был ранний вылет, завтрак предоставили в 04:30 утра. Завтрак азиатский по типу шведского стола. Трансфер в аэропорт отправился, как и запланировано, ровно в 5 утра. В целом, отелем и предоставленным сервисом остался доволен. Но рекомендую предоставлять хотя бы одну пару резиновых тапочек на номер, чтобы избежать подобных инцидентов в душевой."

"This hotel seems to be one of the best hotels available in Harbin. It is worth the price as it offers, good location 100m away from Sophia Church, about 400m away to the subway. The cleanliness was superb. The design is modern and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were superb friendly."

"Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food."
