We had a great experience during our 4-day stay in Coron Soleil Express Hotel. All the staff were courteous, respectful and accommodating. The room was clean and the aircon functions well. The swimming pool is clean and did not feel too much chlorine in the water. As an overall rating, it was excellent. Will come back again in the hotel with families and friends.

I went on a 13-day trip around Palawan and Coron was my first stop from Cebu. In Coron, I stayed in Dayon Hostel. I was alone for the duration of my three-night stay in the six-bed female dorm. You can choose to lock the door at night for security. I made sure that I turned off the AC every time I went out. The restrooms are clean especially the toilets although the shower rooms need to be upgraded as some showerheads do not function that well. It will also be nice if they do a thorough cleaning of the shower rooms and the sinks as they looked dirty and unkempt. There is a restaurant on the rooftop but the options are limited. If you exit through the back, it leads you the main road where you will find a wonderful cafe that serves good sausage meals. There are also several local options available if you want affordable options. The price I paid was worth the quality of the stay. The hostel is known by tour operators and guides and so it was not a challenge when it was time for pick-up and drop off. I loved the staff especially when I had to leave early in the morning to head to the port for my trip to El Nido. They arranged my transportation and made sure that I left the hostel on time. Will I go back? Maybe not and it's not because I don't like it. It's just that I felt that my next stay should be in a private room for another worthwhile experience in Coron. But for those solo travelers on a budget, Dayon Hostel is your best bet in Coron in as far as affordable sleeping option is concerned.

location is perfect just few block for a market and walking distance to the marina we're the boats for excursion is dock and load. The hotel accomodations is just basic small bed low and very thin mattress, pillow and blanket is excellent soft, water supply is abundant although electricity us intermitent on and off, our aircondition unit has been affected that doesn't giving cold air glad it was just out last night. pool is beautiful and cleaned , food for breakfast is superb better and giid quality selection. the staff are very polite and respectful, very helpful and get job done as much as possible, they pack a sandwich breakfast for us as we have early trip to El Nido that was very nice if rhem. The water supply is not drinkable so they provide bottled water and you can ask for a refill. They will give you a welcome drink of a fruit drink. This is really a good location, my only dislike is the bed, as it's very small when they say twin bed it is a twin bed, other than that it's ok. Yes its more pricey compare to the sorrounding hotel but the food and pool are the best.

The location is great, offering a beautiful view and easy access to the town and all necessary amenities. However, there are some issues with the room: it is quite small, and the mountain view is actually just a view of the rocks. Additionally, the TV isn't working, likely due to a lack of satellite signal, but the Wi-Fi is good.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! After a long journey, we were picked up at the airport by a driver who already had our names, making the arrival process smooth and easy. We arrived very early, but the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to use the on-site facilities while we waited for check-in. Taking a dip in the pool after a long travel day was the perfect way to relax. The breakfast was good, and the staff also helped us arrange a scooter rental, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. A well-deserved 5/5!

During my recent visit to the Divine Castle Travelers Inn in Coron, Busuanga, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The inn stood out for its exceptional cleanliness, which was a welcome relief after a long day of travel. The pristine condition of the rooms and common areas was truly impressive. What truly set this inn apart, however, was its picturesque location nestled next to a gentle hill. The scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape added an extra layer of charm to my stay. Waking up to the sight of lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature was a true delight. The inn's proximity to the hill also meant that I could easily take a leisurely stroll and explore the natural beauty of the area. It provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing me to unwind and recharge. Overall, my experience at Divine Castle Travelers Inn was nothing short of delightful. The combination of cleanliness and its idyllic location made it a memorable and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in Coron, I highly recommend considering this inn.

Uitstekende ligging van het hotel, groen, schoon, gezellig, heerlijk zwembad, prachtig ontwerp van de lobby en het restaurant, elke avond leuke livemuziek, zangers die lounge- en bluesmuziek zingen, erg goed. Ook is er elke dag een vuurshow in het hotel, een beetje eentonig... De schoonmaak van de kamers is uitstekend, elke dag schone handdoeken, het bed wordt om de twee dagen verschoond, er wordt water in de koelkast gezet, waarvoor we elke dag goede tips kregen! Helaas houdt hier het positieve op. De managers zijn onoplettend. We hebben ze meerdere malen gecontacteerd met dezelfde verzoeken, maar er werd met niets rekening gehouden. Elke ochtend doen de beveiligers om 6, 7, 8 uur 's ochtends hun ronde. Er loopt dan een man langs de kamer met een luid schreeuwende/fluitende/piepende/grommende radio. Ze zeiden meerdere keren: het helpt niet. Ze kunnen ook met een grote groep bij de deur van de kamer staan ​​en luid met elkaar praten. Ze kunnen ook om 7 uur 's ochtends de telefoon in de kamer pakken en lang onzin vertellen en dan zeggen: oeps, we hebben de verkeerde kamer. Over het algemeen geldt: als je rust en ontspanning zoekt of tot 9 uur wilt uitslapen, dan is dit absoluut niet de plek voor jou 😃 Maar het ergste was de ochtend van ons vertrek. De avond ervoor hadden we de receptioniste laten weten dat we apart zouden vertrekken: ik om 6.00 uur met een privétransfer naar de veerboot, en mijn man om 8.00 uur met een aparte transfer naar het vliegtuig. We betaalden alle kosten die we in de vijf dagen van ons verblijf hadden gemaakt, zodat we 's ochtends geen haast hoefden te maken. Uiteindelijk ging ik naar de receptie, nam afscheid, wachtte op een taxi, stapte in en vertrok. 5 minuten later belt mijn man me op. Hij is wakker geworden en zegt dat ik weg ben en hem vergeten ben - een circus!!! De hoteltransfer die mijn man om 8 uur zou ophalen, arriveerde pas om 9 uur, maar hij miste bijna zijn vlucht van 10:20 uur. Over het eten in het hotel wil ik nog even het volgende kwijt: we hadden honger. Bij het ontbijt aten we alleen noedels/rijst en slabladeren, fruit, al het andere was oneetbaar. Elke avond wordt het diner geserveerd in buffetvorm, maar de prijzen variëren per dag. Wij dachten dat de oudin lekkerder zou zijn, maar we hebben twee dagen in het hotel gegeten en zijn daarna naar restaurants in de stad gegaan. Ik heb echt genoten van het eten bij El Kuvo. Algemeen gesproken moet het hotelmanagement nog wel wat werk verzetten. Ik hoop dat u mijn opmerkingen ter harte neemt om de service aan uw gasten te verbeteren.

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

The hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to all the restaurants within 10-15 mins. The hotel itself is okay. The staffs are nice and the room is comfortable. The bathroom are great and shower has good water pressure. In terms on cleanliness, that could be improved. Our bedsheet and pillow cases have some stains but nothing too bad. The towel doesn’t smell so fresh but again, not a big issue. In general, an okay hotel to stay in coron, definitely convenient and comfortable. Our room and the rooftop have a nice view as well.

Review for Ginto Residence in El Nido – 4/5 Stars Ginto Residence is a fantastic place to stay in El Nido if you’re looking for a central location. This small property with only four rooms feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel, which adds to its charm. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, and communication is easy via WhatsApp. The amenities are thoughtful – free water, hot coffee, and tea are always available. The rooms are freshly renovated and very clean. The location is exceptional, right in the heart of Corong-Corong, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you’re in an upper-floor room, the balcony provides a great view of the street below – but keep in mind, you’ll also hear the street noise quite clearly. This makes it ideal for guests who want to be in the middle of the action, but perhaps not for those seeking peace and quiet. Breakfast is served in a local Filipino restaurant nearby and features delicious, authentic Filipino cuisine. The internet connection is excellent and very stable, which was a huge plus. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a refrigerator in the rooms, as this would be very convenient for guests. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great option for its location, friendly service, and modern amenities. Four stars!
