"Prima hotel, mooi uitzicht over de baai. Goede locatie op korte afstand van het dorpje. Mooie zwembaden en een leuk kinderbad met glijbaan. Kamers prim met heerlijke bedden en een ruim balkon. De aandachtspunten voor dit hotel zijn het onderhoud van het zwembad, waar veel tegels los zitten of zijn gescheurd en de airco maakt echt onwijs veel lawaai. Ondanks dat hebben wij hier een prima verblijf gehad!"

"Het hotel ligt op een heuvel, met uitzicht op de zee en de haven, maar niet bijzonder mooi. De shuttleservice van en naar het hotel is erg handig. Bel een tuk-tuk en je bent binnen een paar minuten bij de receptie; je hoeft na het diner niet elke keer de heuvel op te klimmen. Het hotel biedt eilandhoppertochten aan; de prijzen zijn hetzelfde als elders, maar de ophaaltijd is laat. Als je wilt duiken en zonnebaden, is dit een prima optie, maar als je naar Coron Island gaat om de lagunes en meren te verkennen, kun je beter een bedrijf zoeken met een vroegere uitchecktijd. De kamers zijn oké, de bedden zijn goed. Alles is schoon en er is warm water. Het ontbijt is prima en het is fijn dat het al om 6:30 uur begint. Gedeelde luchthaventransfers kosten 250 pesos per persoon en de reis duurt 40 minuten."

"The location is great, offering a beautiful view and easy access to the town and all necessary amenities. However, there are some issues with the room: it is quite small, and the mountain view is actually just a view of the rocks. Additionally, the TV isn't working, likely due to a lack of satellite signal, but the Wi-Fi is good."

"The view from the window overlooking the bay is breathtaking—definitely avoid rooms with a different view! The staff is fantastic, especially the reception team: incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Big thanks to them for that! The restaurant service is good, but the food was underwhelming—breakfasts were quite basic. Only a few dishes on the menu were tasty; the rest need improvement. They should really revamp their offerings. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The pool looks beautiful and well-maintained, but there’s an issue with unpleasant odors from the port, which sometimes makes swimming less appealing. The gym is poorly equipped—it could use more machines or at least an Olympic bar."

"Een groen, aangenaam hotel met veel trappen. Kakkerlakken kropen onze kamer binnen (omdat het de bovenste verdieping is en er scheuren in het plafond van de badkamer zitten, hebben we ze zelf afgeplakt 😃 en ons met dichloorvos achtergelaten). Het personeel loste het probleem snel op, kwam de insecten behandelen en verwijderde vervolgens de resten 😃), maar over het algemeen is het niet erg prettig. Je kunt naar het 'centrum' lopen of een tuktuk nemen. Het ontbijt is à la carte, maar je kunt meer of minder van iets vragen. Over het algemeen was het comfortabel. De kamer was klein, een beetje donker en de airconditioning maakte lawaai. Het had een rustieke sfeer, net als de rest van het eiland."

"Low water pressure is probably the only major thing. But we mainly use it just to stay long enough to sleep take a shower and then takeoff and run around all day. So it worked out well for us. Everybody was very nice."

"Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. The family room was quite small, and unfortunately, there were several insects that appeared to bite us, possibly mosquitoes. The hotel also does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for guests carrying heavy luggage, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities. There are quite a lot of stairs—not only going up to the lobby and the rooms, but also to the rooftop bar and restaurant located on the 6th floor. The cleanliness of the common areas also needs improvement. The stairs leading to the lobby were not very clean, and there was even dog poop in the area during our stay. On the positive side, the staff were nice and accommodating. The service was good whenever we needed assistance. I also appreciated having a water dispenser with both hot and cold water available on every floor. The location is very convenient, as the hotel is close to the tour assembly area and surrounded by coffee shops, cafés, and restaurants. Overall, while the location and staff were good, I would not recommend this hotel for guests with heavy luggage, senior citizens, or PWDs because of the many stairs. The hotel would also benefit from improvements in cleanliness and pest control."

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Zenvea Hotel. L’emplacement est parfait : légèrement à l’écart du tumulte du centre, mais accessible en 10 minutes à pied, ce qui permet de rester au calme tout en ayant tout à proximité. Les chambres et les équipements sont nickel, très propres et confortables. Le restaurant propose aussi bien des plats italiens que philippins, et tout était vraiment bon. Mention spéciale pour les cocktails au bord de la piscine, excellents pour se détendre après une journée d’excursion. Le personnel a été adorable, notamment avec Alba, notre fille de 2 ans, et ils ont également très bien organisé tous nos transferts. Merci à eux :) Un excellent hôtel pour profiter pleinement de Coron — nous recommandons sans hésiter !"

"Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320."
