"First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China."

"Nice coliving selections, a bit cramped with 6 of us and luggages in a room. Good cleanliness. Quite thoughtful by providing earplugs as there’s some noise coming from downstairs outside room windows at night. Water dispenser and smart self check in kiosk provided at the lobby smooth the whole experience."

"Ik heb een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Een van de beste dingen eraan is de ongelooflijk gunstige locatie. Het hotel ligt pal naast een winkelcentrum, wat alles tijdens mijn reis zoveel gemakkelijker maakte. Of ik nu eten nodig had, wilde winkelen of gewoon even wilde ontspannen, alles was op loopafstand. De nabijheid van voorzieningen heeft mijn algehele ervaring echt verbeterd. Het heeft me veel tijd en moeite bespaard, vooral na een lange dag vol ontdekkingen. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort en gemak op een geweldige locatie."

"I truly feel fortunate and lucky to have discovered this HIDDEN JEM of a Hotel! It is Centrally Located in IPOH, Malaysia and Shopping and Restaurants are closeby and within walking distance! The room was spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed too! The Room rates are quite reasonable and a great overall value. I think what sets this Artistic Hotel apart from others is the 5-Star Service provided by each and every member of the Team! I had the pleasure to meet the General Manager, Front Desk staff and Room Attendenta and each and everyone had a positive attitude and genuinely cared if I was happy at ALL times. I believe they went above and beyond ALL of my expectations to ensure I was 110% SATISFIED with my stay. "Worth paying and stay. Very comfortable and best amenities. BilaBila Mart provide any needs too. But not as advertised there was no mineral water bottles provided when we checked in. The toiletbowl cover was lose and need to be repaired. The toilet also pooling because too slow water disperse. Need to be cleared before next guest checks in🙏🏻. We were happy stayed there but our complaints need to be addressed to ensure next guests satisfied too."

"The hotel is in a great location — very central and surrounded by plenty of eateries, making it convenient for meals and exploring the area. The room is clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff are always friendly, smiley, and helpful, which adds a warm touch to the overall experience. One thing to note is that there are only three parking lots reserved for guests. However, there are many pay parking options available nearby, so parking isn’t too much of an issue. Overall, a lovely stay with great service and an excellent location!"

"I took their spa package with scrap and ended up both legs and back became itchy and red dots. Please make sure you have insensitive skin before you try it out."
