"It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea."

"The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to Luodong night market. There is a 7-11 shop opposite the hotel. You can get your daily necessities or a coffee boost or light snacks there easily. However, the hotel looks outdated and run down and cleanliness is an issue. Saw many stains here and there in bathtub and on hotel room flooring. I even saw a cockroach early in the morning near my door, was shocked! The morning breakfast started at 7am but when I reached at 7.10am, it was already full and there was a long queue waiting outside. In the end, we decided to give the hotel breakfast a miss and went to the nearby Mcdonald for breakfast instead! What a waste though! Wouldn't be going back again the next time!"

"The location of hotel cannot be better, as it is right across the front of Luodong train station. We arrived by Kamalan 1917 bus from Taipei Main Station to Luodong transfer bus station which is around 8 mins walk away from the train station. Reception is located at Level 9 of the hotel, with complimentary drinks and seats for hotel guests. We left our bags at reception as we arrived before check in time of 3pm. Room is very spacious and good for 4 ppl. We were given a room at Level 12 which had a nice view of the train station. Toilet is rather dated. We also received breakfast vouchers NT100 per person, which gave us options to get breakfast from 3 merchants. Overall, a good stay and highly recommended for its location!"

"Ik had voorheen geen problemen met kamer 205; het warme bronwater was heerlijk en mijn huid voelde zacht aan na het badderen. De kamer was gerenoveerd en hoewel de faciliteiten eenvoudig waren, waren ze nieuw. Deze keer verbleef ik in kamer 206, en de geluidsisolatie was verschrikkelijk. De gang was erg smal en het leek alsof een gezin meerdere kamers had geboekt en constant heen en weer liep. Ik kon alles duidelijk horen – kinderen en volwassenen die praatten, deuren openden en dicht deden – tot middernacht. Met zoveel mensen, konden ze dan niet gewoon het hele gebouw boeken? Vanochtend hoorde ik de wekker naast me drie keer achter elkaar afgaan…"

"We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!"

"Het hotel ligt aan de hoofdstraat, op ongeveer 10 minuten van het treinstation Jiaoxi. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt, die 's avonds laat een verscheidenheid aan opties bieden. U kunt ook de exfoliërende vis uit de warmwaterbron in de buurt proberen. De hotelkamers zijn middelgroot, de warmwaterbron is vrij groot en er zijn ramen die open kunnen, waardoor er een aangenaam koel briesje waait."

"Room is spacious with private hot spring bath. The hot spring is huge and spring water is very hot. Location is not too bad as it’s away from the hustle bustle so it’s quiet. There is a nearby hot spring garden where you can soak leg and have a good massage!"

"the hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!"
