"The hotel is honestly overrated. Although it’s quite comfortable I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew they didn’t have hot springs inside, although it’s mentioned in description. Check in process was all online and quite smooth if you do it beforehand, it was convenient that you can leave your luggage before actual check in and after. The location is quite distant from train station , if you plan to move around a lot you’d better find a better option. Overall it was good experience but it seemed to me you can get more for this price in other hotels. And be prepared, your room might face inner garden (another building- which makes it a choice to have inner lights or face other windows right out of your bed)"

"We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!"

"My husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much."

"We like the private onsen in the room. We could do cold or hot plunge according to our liking. The hotel looks great from the exterior, but my room does look a little dated. Love the option of getting extra pillow like latex or memory foam one without extra charge."

"Room is spacious with private hot spring bath. The hot spring is huge and spring water is very hot. Location is not too bad as it’s away from the hustle bustle so it’s quiet. There is a nearby hot spring garden where you can soak leg and have a good massage!"

"Great stay. Just something to think about before booking: there’s 2 different buildings - 1 main building with most of the facilities (playground, breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, etc) and one building across the street called Mu Jiaoxi Reserve which has the onsen. We booked ourselves into the Reserve without knowing which worked just fine for us but others might find it not that convenient."

"The hotel was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was good but could have more variety or change breakfast sets for people who stayed longer. Overall, a very good hotel with good location and walking distance to good food and bakeries."

"The location is moderate and it is not far from anywhere. The location guide is also very easy to find. Convenient parking and quiet living environment. Good sound insulation. And the proprietress is very good, and will recommend you local delicious food. Before returning to the hotel, you will be notified that you will turn on the air conditioner for you to cool off as soon as you return to the hotel. The room is large, and each bedside is equipped with USD and Type C plugs, which makes you easy to charge and very intimate. Next time you come to Yilan, you will definitely stay back. "The bathroom is too small, and it takes five to ten minutes for the hot water to heat up. In summer, the blankets are too thick; it's too hot to cover myself with them, but too cold to leave them on."

"Cozy room with private hot spring and great service. It's not far from the train station and main street. They also provide shuttle bus service you can enjoy it. Beside, there is a famous traditional dessert ”soybean pudding” nearby!"
