The location is close to Jiaoxi train station and along the main road. The room is spacious and very clean. The only thing is that the hotel onsen (hot spring) is only available to people with aged at 12 and over, and kids under 12 are not allowed to enjoy the big hotel onsen and have to use the in-room hot tub to have onsen. Other than that, the service is good and the hotel is nice. For family trip, I will not stay again but for trips with adults, this hotel is good to stay again.

The bath tub has dirt inside. And for fellow travellers who brought bath tub sheets for cleanliness, let me tell you now - the tub is too large for the sheets, so it won’t work! Overall I just don’t feel pampered at all at this place. Not my ideal spot for relaxation.

Best stay in Jiao Xi this far. Hotel is very clean and spacious, breakfast has wide variety too. Many food stalls nearby within a few minutes walk. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The onsan in room is very big and clean. New and Japanese style decoration. Provide kimono in hotel is a plus

This hotel is great and new in good condition. The hotel room is spacious, shower area and the hotspring tub are big. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great amenities, free mini bar, good locations with shops, convenience store and small local restaurants around the hotel. There is a game room, kids and adults enjoyed. Great service with good mannar. Breakfast are delicious, good Value will definitely come back.
