We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!"

"Het betreden van de kamer was een schok; het was totaal anders dan op *********** beschreven… Het hotel heeft geen lift, wat onhandig is met veel bagage. De kamer is erg klein en de hygiëne liet te wensen over; de vloer en het platform achter het bed waren bedekt met stof. Er zat ook geel vuil in de hoeken van de jacuzzi in de badkamer – het was zo vies dat ik hem niet durfde te gebruiken! 😩 De waterdruk was ongelooflijk laag; het duurde een eeuwigheid om de jacuzzi te vullen en het warme water was helemaal niet warm. Er zijn parkeerplaatsen in de buurt, maar slechts drie of vier; als die vol zijn, moet je ergens anders parkeren, op ongeveer tien minuten lopen. De pluspunten zijn de gunstige ligging, gratis water, gratis koekjes en drankjes en een ontbijt inclusief een MOS Burger."

"We keerden vanuit Kinmen terug naar Taiwan voor het Chinese Nieuwjaar. Na de landing reden we met de kinderen naar het Yamaguchi Onsen Hotel, dat we een maand van tevoren hadden geboekt. Dit was hun eerste keer dat ze een warmwaterbron gebruikten. We verbleven in een blokhut. We checkten in bij de receptie van het hoofdgebouw; de mannelijke medewerker was erg behulpzaam en beantwoordde al onze vragen uitgebreid. Zodra we de deur van onze hut openden, werden we begroet door een aangename houtachtige geur. Na even uitgerust te hebben, namen we de kinderen mee naar het openbare warmwaterbronbad op de vijfde verdieping. Het was een erg winderige dag, maar de warmwaterbron was zo warm dat de kinderen niet wilden opstaan. Gelukkig waren we die dag maar met z'n vieren, dus we stoorden anderen niet en konden de kinderen naar hartelust badderen. Ook hing er af en toe een onaangename geur in de badkamer, maar die verdween zodra de deur dichtging. We werden 's ochtends zelfs wakker van het geluid van rennen, lopen en springen op het dak! Mijn man dacht dat het een eekhoorn was, toen een vogel, maar het bleek een aap te zijn! Voor de prijs van iets meer dan 2000 NTD, inclusief ontbijt, vond ik het best goed. Ik zou dit hotel zeker weer kiezen als ik de volgende keer naar een warmwaterbron wil."

It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi."

It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea."

"This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was very clean and everything was well prepared. We were also able to check in early as we arrived slightly earlier than planned. Our stay indeed felt like we were in a spa house. No complaints at all. There is a jap restaurant just beside the hotel and it served amazing food and drinks. I highly recommend this place to everyone."

"Clean hotel that shares a building with other offices and hotels. This hotel spans 2 floors, and offered a nice spacious room for 4 of us. The breakfast was ok with a homely feeling talking to local tourists as well. The location is within walking distance to the local night market and eateries."
