"I enjoyed my short stay here. It was very conveniently located to the train station. However, it was hard to find foods so I had to order food online. The hotel is very clean, but my room did smell a little bit like smoke. So I had to keep the window open, but unfortunately the window screen was a bit broken so some mosquitoes came in. But once the smell was mostly out, it was a really pleasant stay. The bathroom was really clean and the bedding was spotless. Watching TV was also nice and I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious. One of the best I've had actually!"

"Very good hotel. Lobby reception probably not so experienced with foreigners but always polite and helpful. Clean room and comfortable. All facilities were excellent. Didn't eat at the hotel, but noticed it was always very busy which is always a good indication. Certainly can recommend to visitors to Longyan. Close to train station (about 15 minutes by car)."

"酒店位置距離中山路很近，停車場停車位較多但擁擠，停車場出場禁左需注意。 房間裝修屬於傳統風格，長時間使用已有缺陷。洗手盆底部滲水，滴漏一地都是，打掃衞生的人員居然沒有關注沒有上報，還需要住店人自己來報。 房間內帶有一台電腦，但是我自帶了一台，發現無線網絡有偶爾斷連的情況，看見桌上有一根網絡線，插上發現無反應，等到要退房時發現，網線另一頭居然是連在房間自帶的電腦上的，你這根線存在的意義呢？ 房間內能聽到頻繁不持續的嗡嗡聲，不知道是哪個設備產生的噪音。衞生間排氣扇聽不見聲音，不確定是否正常運轉，但是衞生間氣味需要很久才能排散。 房間內電源插座位置比較奇特，一側牀頭櫃的插座位置位於牀頭櫃後面，需要把牀頭櫃挪出來才可以用到。沙發區域的插座在沙發後面，需要把沙發換個位置才能用到。電視劇懸臂給人一種不牢靠的感覺（因為背板四個螺絲扣衹用到兩個） 入住當天開車進場，門口迎賓人員在地面停車場四處晃蕩，不知道在做什麼，就是沒有引導，我開車到側面發現沒位置，在拐角倒車轉回了相當長一些時間，迎賓人員也毫無反應。開車停到他旁邊，開窗問詢，他居然也沒有第一時間注意力集中，相對於晚上的迎賓人員根本是兩種水平，是因為晚上有宴席嗎？前台服務很熱情。電梯在1樓和房間樓層抵達時沒有提示音，等待電梯到來時如果沒有關注，常錯過電梯，比較麻煩。"

"Dit is een hotel dat is omgebouwd van een eeuwenoud lemen gebouw. ​​We boekten het oorspronkelijk vanwege dit ontwerp. Voordelen: Het is gelegen in het Tulou Prince Scenic Area en perfect geïntegreerd met het oude dorp. Nadelen: Ten eerste moet je na zonsondergang parkeren om het schilderachtige gebied te betreden (de parkeerplaats buiten het schilderachtige gebied kost 10 yuan). Voor zonsondergang kun je alleen de tourbus voor het schilderachtige gebied nemen en kun je het hotel niet bereiken (er is nog steeds een kronkelende weg van 300 meter), of lopend naar binnen, wat erg onhandig is voor reizigers die voor het eerst met grote bagage reizen; na zonsondergang moet je een parkeerplaats vinden langs de kant van de dorpsweg, niet voor de deur van het hotel. Het hotelpersoneel zei dat het moeilijk was om met de schilderachtige omgeving (dorpelingen) te communiceren over parkeren, en ze waren daar hulpeloos over. Ten t****e was de locatiebegeleiding van het hotel onduidelijk. Hoewel het hotelpersoneel 's ochtends mijn WeChat-bericht had toegevoegd, stuurden ze alleen de locatie van het toeristenbureau van het schilderachtige gebied (niet de poort van het schilderachtige gebied). Het was hier een puinhoop tijdens het Lentefestival. We waren nog steeds in de war over hoe we bij het hotel moesten komen toen we bij het toeristencentrum aankwamen (misschien omdat we beperkt waren in onze verkenningsmogelijkheden). Ten derde moet je een toegangskaartje voor een schilderachtige plek kopen om naar het hotel te gaan, wat 90 yuan per persoon kost. Dat is niet vriendelijk voor toeristen die de aarden constructie al hebben gezien en gewoon willen blijven. Ten vierde zijn de hotelvoorzieningen niet compleet, zoals een gebrek aan badmatten, handdoeken, enz. Ten vijfde hoopt zich vuil op in de hoeken van de binnentrap en zitten er grote vlekken op de vloer en de trap die niet zijn schoongemaakt. Het t****e, vierde en vijfde punt kunnen te wijten zijn aan het gebrek aan servicepersoneel tijdens het Lentefestival, wat begrijpelijk is, maar de eerste en derde zijn echt minpunten. Kortom, voor toeristen die willen ervaren hoe het is om in een lemen gebouw te wonen, is het, hoe slecht de hardware en de objectieve omgeving ook zijn, nog steeds een zeldzame ervaring."

"1. Het hotel is een eeuwenoud lemen gebouw met complete kamerfaciliteiten, projectie, airconditioning, wifi en parkeergelegenheid. 2. Het lemen gebouw is 's avonds erg fotogeniek. Beneden in het hotel is 's avonds een voorstelling van een uur, wat niet verkeerd is. 3. Naast het hotel ligt het Zhencheng-gebouw, met een prachtig uitzicht en een bezoek waard. 4. De bediening is erg vriendelijk. Het zijn allemaal jonge kinderen. Ze zijn niet zo mechanisch beleefd als in sterrenhotels, maar net zo zorgzaam als de jongere broertjes en zusjes naast ons. Zolang je maar naar beneden gaat, komen ze vragen of je hulp nodig hebt. Bovendien zijn de koffie en noedels van de oom bij het ontbijt ook geweldig. Persoonlijk vind ik het beter om hier het nachtelijke uitzicht te bekijken en overdag naar de Tulou King te gaan voor het spectaculaire uitzicht. Elk heeft zijn eigen kenmerken."

"The hotel is at a good location but not the hotel cos almost all the didi don’t come in to this alley and not aware of this hotel Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude"
