"1. Het hotel is een eeuwenoud lemen gebouw met complete kamerfaciliteiten, projectie, airconditioning, wifi en parkeergelegenheid. 2. Het lemen gebouw is 's avonds erg fotogeniek. Beneden in het hotel is 's avonds een voorstelling van een uur, wat niet verkeerd is. 3. Naast het hotel ligt het Zhencheng-gebouw, met een prachtig uitzicht en een bezoek waard. 4. De bediening is erg vriendelijk. Het zijn allemaal jonge kinderen. Ze zijn niet zo mechanisch beleefd als in sterrenhotels, maar net zo zorgzaam als de jongere broertjes en zusjes naast ons. Zolang je maar naar beneden gaat, komen ze vragen of je hulp nodig hebt. Bovendien zijn de koffie en noedels van de oom bij het ontbijt ook geweldig. Persoonlijk vind ik het beter om hier het nachtelijke uitzicht te bekijken en overdag naar de Tulou King te gaan voor het spectaculaire uitzicht. Elk heeft zijn eigen kenmerken."

"We travelled as a family of 7 , booked 3 rooms with one of them is family room. All rooms are equipped with 小杜 voice system, family room is big, bed is comfortable, could not hear outside noise and we had good night sleep. The location of the hotel is directly opposite 土楼王子. We had our dinner at the hotel, food is reasonable priced and suit our taste. Breakfast selection is not much , though we enjoy the local style of the breakfast at this scenic area that away from the cities. Staff is very helpful especially 小余 is very diligent and prompt attending our requests."

"鳥巢露營性價比很高，周圍環境也很好，負責清潔的阿姨人也很好，住了兩晚！裏面的遊玩項目也很不錯。較為突出兩點地方不完善！管家是擺設，來打醬油的，一問三不知，缺少基本的業務培訓，就負責通吃吃早餐時間和退房時間，還有提醒遊客晚上10點半後她要睡覺，別打電話打擾她，其他景區內的遊玩項目攻略啊，辦理續住等，門票等通通不知道。第三天回去的門口發現大門口有貼一個二維碼關注景區地圖，和遊玩攻略。來的時候沒注意到。但是景區管家居然什麼都不懂，起碼給個二維碼讓我們自己去看也可以。但是沒有。哎，管家培訓不到位，配不上景區設施。還有景區早餐真的不好吃也沒的吃。就一碗粉，稀飯，小饅頭，小肉包，燒麥，雞蛋，而且是供不應求，限量供應，饅頭啥的來的時候沒了，讓拿，催了3次，等了很久很久，後面來了一盤就放3個肉包，7.8來個小饅頭，7.8個燒麥就沒了。本就沒得吃，暑假人多，他們住宿房型全滿，早餐一下子都是來幾十個人，就這一盤，夠誰吃。早餐時間陰天餐廳暗暗的。電燈開三分之一，人多前面滿了，後面來的座位電燈都不主動開。餐廳很大，我提醒吃飯太暗了，讓開燈才開的電燈，服務意識太差了。中餐廳晚上也點菜了，如網上大家所説的真的難吃。在景區價格都能接受，就是真的不好吃。去過的景區不少，現在這麼卷，能遇到這樣的景區餐廳質量，真的不多見了。不是好不好吃，是能不能吃飽，有沒有的吃的問題。烤肉也體驗了，材料挺新鮮，就是沒醬料，就椒鹽和孜然，辣椒粉，沒了。所以成品就是鹹口，沒其他了。如果中餐廳的廚師能換專業點，西餐廳的烤肉配料完善一點，管家找個專業的或者有培訓過的，我想森林水鄉給遊客的體驗感會更好。簡單講餐廳的質量和服務，管家的服務，跟不上景區的配套和設施。管理上存在基本的漏洞。"

Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi
Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk
Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby
Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling
Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok

I would especially like to thank 小邱 for being very friendly and helpful, particularly in guiding me through the procedure to collect my parcels. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

She helped us find a private car with a guide to Dingwuling village. The room is a bit small but provided all necessary equipment. The hotel also has a washing machine and an area for drying clothes.

GGastgebruikerBeautifully designed and renovated earth building! It was nice to get to stay in one of the tulous itself. We rented the whole building of 6 rooms for our family. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. 5 out of 6 rooms have a bathroom that is on a separated floor from the bedroom. There’s only one room that has bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. So, it may not be ideal for the elders. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. There’s a small stream of river flowing in front of the house throughout the village. Very serene. We got to see locals living their usual lives, farming and picking crops. However, it’s a bit far from any main tulou sights. The staff were very nice, but lack knowledge of the attraction sights.

LljpcEnjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner.

SSyTingHotel is newly renovated in Y2023 so facilities are new, clean and good. It is also located near key 土楼 attractions though car is needed to move around as per all other hotels in this area. There is a nice and reasonably priced restaurant next door for meals and good local dishes. We enjoyed the comfort and hospitality of this family run restaurant.
Hotel reception service is good and helpful with immediate action on issues. For guests staying for more than 1 night, daily housekeeping service on demand basis or else cleaners won't enter to clean or make up room etc.

LLanmao6321該客棧就在景區門口三十米遠的大路邊，很容易就找到了，這是一個小型的客棧，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪乾淨整潔，衞浴配套齊全。客棧門口的對面就有一座大型的土樓，很漂亮，尤其是夜晚，土樓開燈後，很美，土樓裏晚上有節目表演，有幸看到了燃放的禮花，很開心。老闆很熱情也很熱心，他們店裡還有餐飲服務，在他家住了一天，三頓飯都在他家吃，做的味道很好，有家的感覺。
