The inn remodeled from the old house keeps its quaint style, but it feels like crossing the road. The sanitary facilities are very clean, the location is very convenient, the front desk brother is very good

Ik boekte deze kamer met mijn 13-jarige zoon en het bed was niet lang genoeg voor hem. Ik weet niet zeker hoe zijn bed heet, maar het was zeker geen tweepersoonsbed. Het grotere bed waarin ik sliep had een ”gat” aan één kant waardoor het moeilijk was om te slapen. De faciliteiten waren schoon en verder vond ik de kamer comfortabel. Er was geen bureau, maar op de brug was een fijne plek om te werken.

酒店在downtown，位置便利。美式早餐🍳豐富。停車有折扣。附近飯店很多，正好是週末去的，幾乎都爆滿。離海邊🏖️很近的👍

Historic Hotel in the Center of Newport. Staff was Friendly and helpful. Rooms were Comfortable and Cozy. My only Complaint is the Hot Tub was Only That, a Hot Tub. There Were No Bubbles! The Pool was Nice regardless.

Very well located for downtown Thames Street and wharf areas. Melville House is one building of about 5 in the street that are used for guest rooms. Upon arrival we were put in a different building. There is no front desk but an Innkeeper at No. 31. Check in and check out very easy. Room well appointed.

The hotel location was great although may be better for singles than families since the night life was great! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The indoor pool looked older and not kept up with an unsteady ladder. The bathrooms looked as if they don't get a good cleaning ever, and there was hair on the bedsheets when we arrived. I honestly expected more from this price range of a hotel.
