"We booked this hotel about a month in advance for our New Year trip to Dalian. Since we arrived early, we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage and go out, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us ㅠㅠ. The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian."

"Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others."

"Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room."

"I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel Dalian and had an excellent stay. Check-in was efficient, allowing me to begin exploring without delay. The duplex room featured a stylish downstairs living area and a cozy loft; the loft was slightly warm but the air-conditioning corrected it quickly. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings. Located near Zhongshan Square, it offered easy access to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and night markets. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. Five stars!"

"Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether."

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great central location. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I extend my stay there for another day due to the hotel is affordable, comfortable and near Metro. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room and tough that no room cleaning will be done. I when out in the morning and back in the night and notice that my room has been clean. I was worried about my cash in the wallet that have around $700 and my cards which I did not place into the safety box when missing . After check not even a single thing or $ missing. Thanks to all the staff which is able to guide and recommend us place to visit. Will back to this hotel when my next visit 🫡"

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out very quickly. They were all polite and gentle, always responding promptly to any requests. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and the layout was cozy and well-designed. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Toiletries were comprehensive, and there was plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing was effective, making for a wonderfully quiet night undisturbed by outside noise. The cleanliness was exceptional; the floors, tabletops, and bathroom were all spotless. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. The environment, service, and cleanliness are all impeccable, providing an outstanding stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town."

Convenient central location with the local food street right next to it and other sightseeing spots in a walking distance. Nice price to quality option. Definitely recommend."

"Het weer in Dalian is de laatste dagen echt goed en de hotelservice is erg goed. Hoewel het niet bijzonder gemakkelijk te vinden is, ligt het wel op de markt, maar je kunt het uithangbord zien als je omhoog kijkt. De kamer was erg schoon en de dame die de kamer schoonmaakte was ook erg aardig. Ze kwam heel enthousiast water en papier brengen. De receptie zag dat ik kinderen bij me had en heeft onze kamer geüpgraded, de kinderen vonden het erg leuk. Faciliteiten: compleet, slim Hygiëne: schoon en netjes Omgeving: Rust te midden van de drukte Service: warm, attent, attent en geduldig"
