"We stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan as a family, and chose it largely because it’s a newly opened hotel (2025). While the location felt slightly less central than we expected, it was hardly a drawback—taxi fares are very affordable, making it easy to get around. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a real advantage, especially for families. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new."

"Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others."

Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian."

"⭐ The bath towels and regular towels are individually sealed, which is a huge relief for germaphobes. ⭐ The air conditioning panel is right by the bedside table, so you don't have to get out of bed at night to adjust the temperature. The glow-in-the-dark labels are clear. ⭐ The room was clean and comfortable, and there wasn't much of that new hotel smell. ⭐ The breakfast had a great variety, and the dishes changed daily, even the fruit was different every day. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The service and attention to detail were truly top-notch!! Great place, will definitely stay again | Much better experience than an Atour hotel."

Hotelkamer is schoon en nieuw, biedt wasservice en gratis maaltijden van 9.30pm tot 11pm en dit is een verrassing voor ons vooral tijdens het koude weer ook we hebben een oude mensen met ons, dus we hebben het veel genoten. Veel diners in de buurt, kleine winkels om een paar winkels te kopen. Ze zal zeker weer terug zijn. Dank je 😊"
