"I’d recommend this hotel if you have business or errands near the airport. The hotel is very clean, and the shuttle service is convenient and well organized, which makes getting around easy. It’s also quiet, so it’s a good place to rest. That said, I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast — the options are quite limited and not worth it."

We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there"

"I stayed here for one night while I was in BC on a biz trip before catching my flight home. The location was very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive to the airport—and parking was easy thanks to the large front yard. The place itself was lovely: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. One highlight for me was the washer/dryer combo. It was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly, which was a huge plus after dealing with some less-than-clean laundry facilities elsewhere during my trip. I didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub, but it looked fantastic and had a really unique design. And I have to mention the little details too—the toilet paper was surprisingly high quality, which genuinely made me go 👌🏽👍🏼lol Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fan provided was more than enough- blows icy breeze. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere with reasonable price, clean, convenient, and close to the airport."

"While the place was clean and nice, I was really disappointed with my stay because it's essentially just somebody's house that they are living in and you're just getting a room. Calling this a ”superior suite” is a real stretch. It's a regular sized bedroom (with a bathroom and a walk-in closet) so for the price (which was pretty expensive) it didn't feel worth it at all. Plus they add on a $60 cleaning fee that you have to pay in person in cash or e-transfer which is not convenient. Plus it's very far out of the way in the suburbs with little to see or do nearby. Overall I regret purchasing this."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. This time, I stayed there for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. The front staff I’ve met when I visited last time remembered me and I was impressed. She was so nice and kind. The hotel gave us a desert for the occasion which was so good. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much for the wonderful service!!"

"Dit hotel waar ik verbleef was echt geweldig. Mijn eerste indruk bij aankomst was hoe schoon en ruim de kamer was! Hij was zelfs nog veel ruimer dan op de foto's, met genoeg ruimte om mijn koffer open te maken. De kamer was ook brandschoon, met de vloeren, de badkamer en zelfs de kleinste plankjes en hoekjes brandschoon, wat zorgde voor een zeer comfortabel verblijf. Ik waardeerde vooral de wasmachine en droger op de kamer. Omdat ik er langer verbleef, wist ik dat ik tijdens mijn verblijf zou moeten wassen, en het was ontzettend handig om mijn kleren in mijn kamer te kunnen wassen en drogen zonder naar buiten te hoeven. De wasmachine en droger waren makkelijk te bedienen en ik was blij met het wasmiddel en de andere benodigdheden die aanwezig waren. De badkamer had ook een bad, waarin ik mijn vermoeide voeten heerlijk kon ontspannen na het sightseeing. De waterdruk en temperatuur van de douche waren perfect, waardoor het zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds comfortabel was. Kamers met een bad zijn tegenwoordig zeldzaam, dus dit was echt een pluspunt. Maar wat me het meest imponeerde, was de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar. Hij was vanaf het moment dat ik incheckte zeer attent en gaf me zelfs vriendelijk tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Ze reageerden snel op mijn vragen, waardoor ik zorgeloos kon verblijven. Ze waren ook bereid om zelfs de kleinste verzoekjes tijdens mijn verblijf in te willigen, wat me een heel veilig gevoel gaf. Over het algemeen was ik zeer tevreden over de faciliteiten en de service, en het is een hotel waar ik zeker nog eens zou willen verblijven. Ik kan het vol vertrouwen aanbevelen aan vrienden en familie. De rustige en vredige omgeving maakte het een geweldige plek om volledig tot rust te komen na een lange reisdag. Heel erg bedankt!"

"The hotel is very newly renovated & the design is modern & nice. It’s located on St. Edward’s & Bridgeport Road in Richmond; which is not in Richmond city centre. But, if you’d drive it’s not too bad and there’s 407 & 430 bus just about 4-5 min walk from the hotel & can go to Richmond city centre in 15 mins. There’s also A&W burger just in walk opposite to the hotel. And 6-8 min walk to Dollarama, Sungiven supermarket, Tim Horton."
