Beautiful scenery outsidez everything is clean

The location is very convenient, just a short distance from the airport. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, which fell far below the standards expected of a hotel or motel. It felt as though I was staying at my grandmother's house, where housework hasn't been done in months. I found dead mosquitoes on the bedsheets, and the duvet was quite dusty. I was surprised to find a cleaning fee of 40 CAD charged at check-in. Unfortunately, the conditions were intolerable, and I decided to leave after the first night. I kept the door to the shared bathroom open and informed them of my departure, hanging the key on the doorknob. However, it seemed that neither the owner, who lived in the same house, nor the cleaner noticed my exit. This raises concerns about the cleaning standards, as it appears no proper checks were conducted. How can a cleaning fee be charged if the room wasn’t even inspected? This place may be suitable for families or new immigrants looking to explore the area, but be prepared to do the cleaning yourself.

We had a great experience with this place, cozy, quiet place to stay. Very convenient location, room is clean, all facilities are well maintained. We were offered with coffee and tea for free, all instructions were explained patiently. Will be our first choice to book next time we visit Richmond.

Location is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment. The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe. All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available. It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient. Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.

The hotel location is different from the trip.com page , must reconfirm with host. The check in process is easy. However the first night is really nightmare , I arrived late and when I went to washroom , the washroom seems not being used for long time , dusty with two big spiders in the shower place, I was so scared to use it and also the room was freezing cold at night because it is in first floor and no heating . Other than that, the location is quite safe and bus stop is right outside the house and 10 min to Richmond skytrain station which easily to access to city with 1hour. The room also spacious and clean with comfortable furniture.

Location is convenient. Bus stop is 2 houses away. Location of house was unclear. Exact address was not given. Had to get help from kind person to call Deedee(host) to get exact address and took a taxi there. Deedee was nice and responsive to our request. House is nice, but cold and quite dark. A bit of heating would be good especially in the room. Overall the stay was pleasant.
