Hotels met ontbijt in Richmond

All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive ”supposed to be free” breakfast.

The hotel has an elegant environment and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are warm and attentive. Convenient location with easy access, delicious and varied breakfast, and an overall very satisfying experience.

the shuttle is convenient for overnight travelers surprisingly only one bottle water inside the room for two of us. the front desk staffs were very helpful.

Very short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport. The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables. Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

Close to airport with shuttle service. Convenient location with restaurants, supermarket and mall etc. Managed to check in less than one hr earlier. High floor arranged as we stayed three nights. Reception helped to provide map n call taxi. Room cleaning and lighting can be further improved.

Ik boekte dit hotel voor mijn lange overstap puur vanwege de locatie. Het ligt op een paar minuten lopen van metrostation Bridgeport (hoewel de wandeling misschien niet zo aantrekkelijk is, omdat de route ernaartoe verwarrend kan zijn; maar ik kwam er snel achter). Dat betekende dat ik dicht bij de luchthaven en de metro was als ik naar het centrum wilde. De kamer was schoon en de badkamer brandschoon. Het in- en uitchecken verliep vlot. Ze hebben een prima ontbijt dat begint om 6 uur (je kunt je koffie zelfs meenemen als dat nodig is). Het personeel was geweldig en behulpzaam. Zodra ik incheckte en de receptie vertelde dat ik de volgende ochtend terug naar de luchthaven moest, vertelde hij me dat het hotel een shuttlebus naar de luchthaven aanbiedt! Dat betekende dat ik niet terug naar de metro hoefde te lopen. (Ik denk dat ze ook een ophaalservice hebben – neem dus contact op met het hotel zodat je de metro helemaal kunt overslaan.) Wat een gemak!

The name in my reservation was changed and I need to wait for the front desk person to talk to the manager and fix my reservation, we arrive to the hotel at 1:09 am after a long trip we had to wait for about 1h to get our room, very frustrating

I have stayed here since 2012 with my flights into YVR and crossing the US border next day, both north and south. The shuttle is a godsend after a long flight, complimentary phone to hotel from airport, short drive to hotel, done deal. The reverse just as convenient. Having breakfast available from 5:30am wonderful as well. May be an alternative to sugary cereal but there’s bagels and waffles, yoghurt toast and jam. Coffee and tea. The rooms are clean. The hotel ready for an update biggest complaint - DITCH THE COFFEE BAG COFFEE MAKERSin the rooms. What drizzles out of them is disgusting. Great excitement this trip. Hotel fire alarm went off. Richmond’s finest turned up and it was declared a false alarm. Got to chat with other guest. Exciting start to the day. I’m still a fan.

I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.

This is one of the your chain hotels we have stayed in and this is the best. It was very easy to find the shuttle bus once we stepped out of the International Terminal. The driver of thd shuttle was very helpful with loading and unloading our luggages and my wife have him a good tip. The room is large and quite clean which allowed us for a good sleep before we continue our journey the next day. The breakfast is a bit too simple though, and not warm enough for us seniors. On the whole, we enjoyed our overnight stay after a long haul flight before we hop onto our next flight furth east.
