Hot Springs-hotels in Leshan

We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

Tijdens mijn vakantie wilde ik een rustige plek vinden om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen, dus koos ik specifiek voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse, in de hoop op een hogere kwaliteit. Na de boeking stuitte ik echter op twee onprettige punten: 1. Voor twee personen waren twee ontbijten inbegrepen, maar slechts één diner. Omdat ik in vergelijkbare hotels heb verbleven waar twee maaltijden per nacht werden aangeboden, leek dit vreemd. Mijn online navraag leverde geen duidelijke uitleg op en ik hoorde pas bij aankomst dat het diner een gratis maaltijd van gelijke waarde was. Ik raad het hotel aan dit te verduidelijken om misverstanden te voorkomen. 2. De kamer was op het eerste gezicht licht en ruim, en de eenvoudige inrichting was rustgevend. Ik vond echter een onbekend voorwerp op de toiletrol, wat onacceptabel is voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse. Ik moet het personeel echter wel complimenteren voor hun constant enthousiaste houding. Ze reageerden snel toen we het probleem met het kamerarrangement aankaartten en vervingen het toiletpapier direct. Ik hoop dat hun servicekwaliteit in de toekomst overeenkomt met hun houding.

Dit hotel overtrof echt mijn verwachtingen, van de service tot de kamer, tot de omgeving tot de maaltijden, ik denk dat het echt het plafond is van de hotels waar ik heb verbleven. Dank aan Xiao Liu voor het sturen van het station naar het hotel, en ook zeer dankbaar aan de persoonlijke butler, Tangtang, voor het positief beantwoorden en oplossen van eventuele vragen. Toen ik incheckte, kreeg ik een gratis upgrade. . Het doel van mijn komst naar Emei was om de berg Emei te beklimmen, en omdat ik vanaf de Baoguo-tempel wilde wandelen, moest ik heel vroeg vertrekken. Nadat Tangtang hiervan op de hoogte was, heeft ze speciaal de weg voorbereid zodat het restaurant zich voor mij kon voorbereiden ! Wat ik het leukste vind, zijn de maaltijden van het hotel. Het ontbijt is gratis, erg rijk en lekker, omdat ik te lui ben om naar het hotel te gaan (de hotelomgeving is te comfortabel), eet ik twee nachten in het restaurant van het hotel. Het eten in het restaurant is echt heerlijk, en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vind ik persoonlijk erg hoog! Ik hou zelden zo van een hotel, ik ben zelfs bereid om nog een keer naar Emei te komen voor dit hotel Echt een aanrader voor iedereen om in dit hotel te verblijven!!

Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

Toen ik deze keer naar de berg Emei ging, koos ik voor deze Zen-bergresidentie waar lokale staatsgasten werden ontvangen! De algehele indeling van de kamer is rustig en elegant. Er is een eigen warmwaterbron in de kamer, die u zelf kunt gebruiken! Ook de faciliteiten en uitrusting sluiten aan bij de behoeften van een staatsgastenhotel: eenvoudig en duidelijk, schoon en comfortabel! Ook de ontbijtomgeving en gerechten sluiten aan bij de gaststijl, met lokale kenmerken, er zijn niet veel mensen en het is er rustig! Ook de service is goed, het personeel is goed opgeleid en er is ook een haal- en brengservice vanaf het hogesnelheidstreinstation! De warmwaterbron in de kamer is ook een unieke minerale warmwaterbron op de berg Emei, en het voelt goed nadat je erin hebt gedompeld! Je kunt ook naar de warmwaterbronclub tegenover Gebouw 7 gaan om het te ervaren! De omgeving van het hotel is ook goed. Je kunt in het hotel genieten van het uitzicht op het meer. Over het algemeen zijn de omgeving, de locatie, de service, de kamers en de warmwaterbronnen allemaal opnieuw een bezoek waard!

這個暑假帶娃來峨眉山度假，入住了峨眉山觀景温泉湯屋，真是一家讓人驚喜的寶藏酒店！酒店位置非常方便，就在報國寺客運中心旁邊，出行省心又省力。自助早餐特別豐富，也可以送到房間，更讓人放心的是美食村餐廳採用明廚明灶，食材和製作過程一目瞭然，帶孩子吃得很安心。酒店還提供周到的接送站服務，為我們減輕了不少行李搬運的麻煩。整體體驗非常愉快，強烈推薦給計劃家庭出行的朋友們！

Dit is een hotel een beetje buiten de beroemde reisattractie. Als je van rust houdt zonder veel toeristen, is dit een goede keuze. 1 negatief punt: ze vermeldden dat het ontbijt tot 9.00 uur werd geserveerd. Als we om 9.00 uur beneden zijn, is alles schoon en netjes.

Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Hospitality We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the professional and welcoming staff, setting the tone for a perfect visit. Due to some logistics, the hotel generously offered us a free room upgrade. The room itself was exceptionally good—spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The entire property is stunning, featuring beautiful ancient Chinese architecture that provides a charming, rustic feel while still offering all the comforts you could need. The service was a highlight of our trip. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious noodles which were a perfect start to our day. To top off the amazing service, the hotel arranged for someone to see us back to the Emeishan railway station and even kindly paid for our fare. This level of care and generosity is rare to find. We will definitely be coming back for another visit and highly recommend this gem to anyone traveling to the area!

This is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.
