From the moment I arrived at SFEEL, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an impeccable attention to detail that set the tone for a perfect stay. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with luxurious bedding, modern amenities, and a breathtaking view of the city/ocean. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Dining was a highlight—each meal at the on-site restaurants was an experience in itself. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, while the dinner menu showcased a fine balance of local flavors and international cuisine. The hotel’s amenities were equally outstanding. The spa provided a serene escape with world-class treatments, and the pool area was a peaceful oasis complete with attentive service. The fitness center was also well-equipped and clean. What truly set this hotel apart was its ability to combine elegance with genuine hospitality. Whether you’re traveling for business, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing vacation, I can’t recommend Sfeel highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Ik had een kamer in dit hotel geboekt vanwege de ganzenverwarmde steen. Het was al na tien uur 's avonds toen we aankwamen. Zodra we aankwamen, bracht de eigenaar ons naar de parkeerplaats en hielp ons met onze bagage. Het was hartverwarmend. De hele kamer was bedekt met ganzenverwarmde steen, wat heel uniek was. Toen ik de kamer online boekte, stond er dat er geen ontbijt was, maar dat werd de volgende dag wel geserveerd, wat erg verrassend en onverwacht was. Het ontbijt was erg rijk en heerlijk. De pap was plakkerig, de gestoomde broodjes waren zacht en zoet, en de kimchi smaakte naar huis. Nadat ik was uitgecheckt, mocht ik van de eigenaar ook mijn auto bij hem thuis parkeren tot ik de berg afging. Ik reed onverwachts weg en gaf twee flessen water voordat ik vertrok. Wat een ongedwongen eigenaar 😂😂😂

De baas was erg geduldig om de route en de busroute uit te leggen. Hij hielp ook met het ophalen van het station en bracht de opgeslagen bagage direct naar het hogesnelheidstreinstation voordat hij vertrok. De service was geweldig. De kamer zelf is niet erg groot, maar de stijl is erg rustiek. Het tweepersoonsbed is een beetje smal. Het hoofdeinde en het bed sluiten niet goed op elkaar aan en maken geluid bij het omdraaien. Het kussen is zo hoog dat het slapen een beetje vermoeiend is. Mijn reisgenoot zei dat zijn dekbed aan één kant naar voetgeur rook. Ik weet niet of het de dekbed van de vorige gast was die niet was verschoond... Ik had geen andere keuze dan het andere uiteinde te verschonen om te slapen. De hygiëne moet beter. De privébadkamer is geweldig. De warmwaterbron is warm genoeg. Het voelt erg comfortabel aan na een tijdje in bad te hebben gelegen. Alleen kun je vanaf de bovenverdieping nog wel de benedenverdieping zien. Dat doet natuurlijk niemand... De badkamer is buiten en is een beetje koud als je hem gebruikt, vooral 's ochtends. Er zijn niet veel soorten ontbijt, en de tante is nog steeds erg enthousiast, maar de broodjes en dergelijke zijn een beetje koud. Er is een zure en knapperige ingemaakte groente die lekker smaakt met witte pap. Ophaalservice bij station Emeishan: erg handig, en de chauffeur is ook erg aardig.

The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the location is very close to the Emeishan Scenic Area. The hotel provides high-speed rail transportation to the station, and it is no more difficult to go to the scenic area than to drive yourself. There are shuttle buses, and the supporting services around Emeishan are very user-friendly.

很不錯的酒店，性價比超高！推薦！ 要求不是很高的放心定，酒店服務不輸品牌店！ 酒店招牌可能不是很明顯，樓下太多美食了，電梯很好坐，三樓就是這個酒店，辦理入住超級快！環境也很好，裝修還是很耐看的，房間和圖片展示的一樣！全屋智能化，廁所浴室也沒問題，很好用。電話到前台，東西也很快送達。我們住的三樓，很安靜。 樓下美食太多了，豬癮隨時犯隨時吃！ 離高鐵站很近，我們是早上散步過去坐車，衹用了不到半小時。

Our stay at this inn in Leshan was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the kindest and most earnest lady welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. She gave us amazing tips for dinner and visiting the Giant Buddha, which made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The inn itself is a true gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with heated beds and toilets that were perfect for the cool weather. Not many hotels out there with heated beddings and toilet seats. Not only that there is good heating with a radiator together with an air conditioner. The outdoor garden was another highlight—beautifully maintained and filled with fresh, vibrant greenery. It was such a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the morning air. What made the stay unforgettable, though, was the lady who runs the place. Her warmth and dedication are unmatched. Even when we tried to tip her to thank her for her hospitality, she gently refused, saying she was just grateful for each guest who stayed. If you’re visiting Leshan, this inn is a must. Between the cozy amenities, beautiful garden, and heartfelt service, it’s the kind of place that leaves you with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Cleanliness and location are good, and this hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay if it can improve in the following areas: 1. Power outlets: Please consider providing alternative outlet types such as Type C (two round pins) to better cater to international guests. The current Type I and A outlets are more suited to local use. Emeishan was my final stop after visiting Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu, and Gaoping — and all those places provided Type C outlets. Because of this, I was unable to charge my phone here. Although the front desk staff eventually helped me with charging (somewhat reluctantly), I believe hotel staff should proactively offer assistance in such cases. Good service is essential in the hospitality industry and is what gives a hotel a competitive edge. 2. Bathroom hangers: At present, the only option is the grab bar inside the shower cubicle, which is impractical since clothes get wet during showers. Proper hooks or hangers in a dry area of the bathroom would be much more useful. 3. Bathroom amenities: Providing a floor towel (bath mat) would allow guests to dry their feet before stepping out of the bathroom, adding comfort and safety. 4. Storage: Instead of only a few wall hooks, a proper hanging closet or wardrobe would greatly improve convenience for guests. 5. Luggage storage: A luggage rack should be provided so guests do not have to leave their bags on the floor. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they significantly affect the overall guest experience. I share this feedback not as a complaint, but in the hope that it will help the hotel improve for future guests.

The room has a small balcony, handy for luggage storage, and laundry facilities are available. It was spotless, with well-kept plants adding to the ambiance. We enjoyed how quiet it was, both day and night, despite being surrounded by plenty of dining options. As an added bonus, you can head up to the third floor for lovely river views. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

The facilities are a bit old, but the service is excellent. Staff were very helpful even though I don’t speak Chinese. They offered free breakfast and explained the return cable car route. Dinner at the hotel was delicious — I recommend it. Go early for the sunrise, as it gets very crowded. I left the hotel at 8:00 and still caught the 11:55 high-speed train from Emeishan to Chengdu East easily. Buy round-trip tickets in advance if possible. As a Japanese traveler, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you for the amazing experience — I’ll never forget visiting Mount Emei.
