If I could give 20 stars, I absolutely would! This hotel liked apartment in Florence was my best stay ever in Italy. The apartment was meticulously clean, everything looked brand new and thoughtfully maintained. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Honestly, you can arrive with just your luggage and feel completely at home. The room was super spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and daily cleaning was provided. One detail that truly impressed us, we left some dirty dishes in the morning, fully expecting to wash them ourselves in the evening, but the staff actually did our dishes as well. That level of care and attention is rare. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, walkable to major attractions and very well connected by tram and buses, making getting around Florence effortless. An outstanding stay from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended!

Uitstekende locatie. Attent en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De gerenoveerde structuur combineert het verleden met het hedendaagse en zorgt voor een betoverend verblijf. De grote kamer, met oog voor detail voorzien van een zeer comfortabel matras en topper. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. Als er nog een paar ontspanningsbedden en een Turks bad aan de spa zouden worden toegevoegd, zou het fantastisch zijn. We zullen zeker terugkomen.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

Extremely beautiful hotel that I didn’t expect with this price, looks like a scene from the movie. The host was super nice, literally made me feel at home as a traveller coming alone. Room is decent and clean. Perfect

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.
